Thanks to a reviewer - I've found the doona I was looking for! I used to like a heavy doona and a weighted blanket. But I've started to develop joint pains and this makes it quite difficult to lift the doona. When I read one of the reviews explaining about his health and strength issues, My research ended and I had no hesitation in ordering one. It's so light, it's about 50% lighter than my old doona, but very warm and fluffy! I love All Rounder doona! Many thanks to David who left a fantastic review!

I suffer from a neuro-muscular disease called IBM which is slowly destroying the muscles in my legs, lower arms and hands. I was struggling to lift and manage the doona I had so I looked for a doona that would be light as well as warm. I chose the Bonny and it has not disappointed, allowing me to lift the doona when turning over in bed, which is now difficult, and when getting in and out of bed. It is certainly keeping me warm and my sleep has improved to another level. I can certainly recommend this doona, especially for someone who has similar health and strength issues.

Writing a review for those conflicted on whether to get the All Rounder or Winter doona. Took me ages to make a decision but glad I went with the All Rounder in the end as it’s helped me stay warm and toasty in the middle of Melbourne winter. My bedroom has one full wall of glass windows and although double glazed, it gets very cold. I used to have a “winter” bamboo doona and still had to have a fluffy blanket over it for warmth. But I don’t need the additional layer anymore with the All Rounder. It’s fluffed up nicely after a week and although I sometimes miss the heft of a heavier doona (this is super light!), it’s actually better for me as I started to get shoulder pains from using a weighted blanket previously.
