I love most of Dr. Bronner's products. I really like the lemongrass fragrance. Scent is light and not overwhelming. Perfect in my powder room. Doesn't leave my hands dry after washings. I honestly have no complaints about this product. The formula is incredible, itcleans great, lathers wonderfully, smells great, is organic and reasonably priced. I'll keep buying it. BEST moisturizing cleanser that smells AH-MAZING!

This is the ABSOLUTE! The smell and the moisture is the best. I usually stock up on Cherry Blossom when the season comes when that smell comes out, but Lemongrass is a definite staple. People comment on how great this one is every time they wash their hands even though it has been my regular most of the year. Every time you use it, it surprises you how much you like it. I use it as body wash and hair wash and I love it every time!

Brighter quality of life!

Dr. Bronner’s lemongrass smells fresh and delicious! It lathers and rinses very well without leaving any oily residue. I love how it leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. I mostly use it for hand washing, but it works well on my face and beard. The bright colored bottle looks great and matches the green themes in my kitchen and upstairs bathroom. I always purchase the 1/2 gallon and refill the 12oz containers that I originally bought.

Excellent product!

I’ve been using Dr.Bronner’s products since I was a teenager, I’m now 65! Never disappointed with any of their products so I decided to try this soap and and it’s wonderful for hair and skin. I have allergies to parabens, chemicals and formaldehyde and this product as well as all others they produce, contains none of these. The scent is lovely. Thank you for your commitment to making excellent products.

Fantastic soap

I really love sugar soaps. They work very nicely on my skin. Never drying, removing dirt and smelling great. I have one in the kitchen, one in each bathroom, and a big bottle of the “lemongrass” sugar soap in the shower. It is subjective but that one smells just incredibly good. The skin on my face is very sensitive but neither the lemongrass nor the lavender sugar soap irritates it. That is very rare. Usually I have to use scent free products.

Good face wash

I'm liking this liquid soap a lot, and am using it on my face every morning. It seems to be very gentle. Lemongrass is supposed to help with rosacea, so I'm hoping it helps mine. I like that it's a liquid, and I can use the smallest amount for this purpose. I love and use many of the other Dr. Bronner's products, so this one is the latest that I approve of.

It doesn't get much better than this!

I enjoyed the Peppermint scrub so much I talked myself into trying this scent. LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!! My skin feels very soft and supple after use and the scent just puts me in a happy place. It's not an overpowering scent but it does linger on the skin, which I love. Only downside is the plastic BUT, this is a vessel that I can reuse for lotion or hand soap.

Natural shampoo that works!

A lot of the reviews that mention waxy residue probably have hard water that is reacting with the soap. I don't have hard water, and I haven't had a residue issue at all. If you switch from regular shampoo to this, you will likely have to endure a transition phase, and your hair will be greasy. I switched to it after five weeks of water only washing (along with using a boar bristle brush to spread my natural oil throughout all of my hair), so just two pumps lathered into very wet hair (one pump thoroughly lathered near the scalp and then rinsed, and a second pump gently lathered into the hair shaft–not the ends–and then rinsed) worked perfectly. I have very long hair, and guys, shampoo is for your scalp. Don't apply five pumps all over your entire hair of hair. It doesn't have a million synthetic ingredients that foam up and fill your hair with fragrance. After I'm done showering, and I've gently t-shirt dried my hair a bit, I apply a bit of coconut oil mixed with lavender oil to the ends and let it air dry. This has given me silky, healthy hair.

Wonderful as a shampoo

I use this as a shampoo. It is wonderful and cleans without stripping the hair. I was worried at first because it is thinner than I expected but it works perfectly. I only need a pea sized amount as well, a little goes a long way. I'll never buy any other shampoo. Fabulous product to replace the natural shampoo I had been using but discovered it still had toxic chemicals. Thank you Dr Bronners for a great product at a reasonable price!

pricey for handsoap, but good for sensitive skin

This classic is a bit pricey at 1st glance, but it may be my new favorite. The big win is a neutral, natural fragrance profile that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin even with multiple washings a day. Other brands fake fragrances are both cloying and a contact allergen for many of us. It's thick/sticky, but still easy to get full coverage. Rinses off cleanly & easily with my mid-Atlantic tapwater. Definitely will continue to buy this one. Highly Recommended.
