Very happy with these boots. Love the Bex platform sole, perfect height. Definitely recommend also buying the care kit that includes the Wonder Balsam + Dubbin and applying right out of the box before wearing. There were a few minor manufacturing defects on the first pair I received so I contacted customer service. Not only were they very quick to respond, but also very pleasant and helpful with my return/exchange. My replacement pair arrived quickly without any issues. Great customer service experience.

A nice twist on a classic. Chunky sole without the platform.For my foot, Docs tend to run big. I’m an 8.5 - 9 in Nikes, Adidas, Steve Madden etc. but an 8 or uk 6 in docs. I’d recommend checking over the size charts and measuring your foot, as too small or too big they can be super uncomfortable.They weren’t the worst to break in, but bandaids and thick socks were needed for a couple of weeks.

I really like the shoes. The bouncy sole is so comfy. I believe it’s a bit small to size. I usually wear a 9 and it felt a bit tight when i wore it to go out. I already threw out the packaging so I couldn’t return it. I’ll buy a 10 or 9 and half in a subsequent purchase.
It’s gonna take a lot of where to get these too comfortable spot. Especially above my ankles. But I love the look!
Too early to tell about how long they’ll last but they are nice looking and seem to be well made. I always get a size larger so I have plenty of room for thick winter socks. And they are still snug. I don’t like that the insoles are glued in though. And will take some time to break the leather in. They also feel more clunky and heavier than my black combs boot. Those are really comfortable out of the box and are light weight. But overall these will be good for wearing for special occasions. I wouldn’t want to wear them all day walking.

I communicated the most with Hector, but all other representatives went beyond 100% satisfaction, and this is really what sets this company apart from others: they value a customer and they they take one customer at a time. I love these boots but they were too big. I wear a size 6 in women's so I exchanged them for the size 4 in kids and they were perfect. Love the look of these boots!
I’ve been wanting these for years. When i got them they were bigger than what I expected. The ankle part is really loose but the shoe is tight by my toes. They’re also very uncomfortable to wear. However the quality of the show is really good and I like the way they look
The boots are beautiful to look at, but the first pair I ordered, were my size 6. Waaay too big, even with an insert and thick sox. So, I ordered a 5. They were too small, and the tongue on the right shoe was crooked. So there are no half sizes, and I had to pay a $14 fee for bad sizing, and a defective boot. Not too happy.
