Love these boots! Very comfy, a little heavy, but not prohibitive. I struggle a bit with Dr Martens sizing and found it interesting that the 7UK/9US is a 41EU, and a 9US is usually a 39EU. But I found the 9US to fit well. Yes, it’s a little big, but only in the toes, and I love having extra toe room. Everywhere else, the fit was perfect. I’m sure in an oxford, the heel would slip off, but not a problem with these 90s inspired chunky-heel boots.

Feels very comfortable, true to size, good quality leather, nicely made. Can be dressed up or down. I have worn them twice so far and had many compliments. Quite heavy to walk in but getting used to it. Overall, very lovely boots and will recommend.

Love this boot. The heel height makes me walk tall and actually helps better align my back. I found the leather to be soft and doesn’t need much breaking in - even for my relatively wide feet. The height of the ankle is much better for me than that of the Shriver or Chester bootsI tried as I have quite thick calves.For me (as I have one foot a whole size smaller than the other) I need a part insole to reduce strain on my shorter foot due to the angle of the instep when wearing for longer periods.Compared to the originals these run slightly large (I need a 6 in originals - which is my normal size to accommodate my wide feet - but managed with a 5 in these).

I am in love with these boots!! I thought they would be heavy but they r not. I ordered a size 7 since I learned from reading the reviews that they tend to run a bit big… in my case it was absolutely true. I’m usually a 7 1/2 and the 7 is perfect for me. Also there was no break-in period for me… they were comfortable from the very first wearing. I would love these in white if they ever offer them.I cannot say enough wonderful things about the quality, the fit and the style.
I love thesw boots. They are the perfect height and surprisingly comfortable to wear. As per usual, not a stitch is out of place. I really recommend the softer leather as it seems to be comfier sooner than my other pairs of DMs which have the standard leather.
Cannot fault these at all! I got a pair of white boot dms about 4 years ago that were painful, the wrong size and did NOT last. I was hesitant to spend so much on a new pair of shoes especially heels but I have no regrets at all. These are the most comfortable stylish SEXY shoes I own. I wore them on a night out the day after I got them and didn’t fall over or get sore feet once. I’d definitely recommend a care kit if you plan on wearing them a lot it’s already helped mine. I can already feel these will be with me for years. SO COMFY. SO CUTE. I’d say they are true to size. I will say shoes only last if you take good care of them.
These boots are just fabulous. They look amazing with a dress/skirt and also trousers. I've been looking at buying them for a while as was considering if they are worth the money.....and they are!The size is correct. I'm a 6, and they are a comfortable fit. The quality of the leather is to a high standard. I'm very impressed with the DM style selection.
I like the look and quality of these boots. I usually wear a 9.5 and in boots I typically size up to a 10 for thicker winter socks. So I ordered the 10 in these and they were huge. My whole foot was sliding forward with every step. So I exchanged them for the 9. It still feels big but is wearable.I wore them to the grocery store for a few hours and was happy to get home and take them off. I might try a insole to help but the pressure on the ball of my foot was not comfortable and I am used to walking in heals. These boots are also very heavy.Overall looks great but I wouldn’t buy again.
Definitely size down. I'm normally a 6.5 or 7, but I got a 6, and they still need an extra pair of inner soles to fit comfortably. They will need some breaking in, IMHO. I definitely felt a little rubbing, but nowhere near as much effort to break them in as the Smooths. Also, can confirm that they are VERY heavy. The soles are very solid and I find them easy to walk in. If you love a big, stompy boot, these are for you.
I bought these shoes in December, I only wore them ten times and the leather creased very quickly, making them look old.I contacted customer service and they informed me that this is normal.I know it's normal but not that fast and that bad.if you want your shoes look beautiful for a long time do not buy this modelI feel like I wasted €200
