I love the waxed look of my brown pair of Doc 1460 crazy horse boots and wanted another similar pair in black. The quality and fit of the other pair were perfect so I bought these with confidence and was not disappointed. Very little breaking in needed. Love them already.

Able to wear them straight away without rubbing or the fit being too tight. Put about 80 plasters in my bag on the first wear and didnt need to use a single one. Leather looks and feels gorgeous. It's like your feet are being cradled by the hands of angels.

It's my first pair of docs ever. Absolutely love them. They look great, feel fantastic, and the fit is amazing. Actually lighter than I expected too which is great, and I think that must have to do with the leather. Love walking around in them all day. 😁😁

These are the best DMs I've bought yet! The waxed finish on them is very stylish and more understated than the patent leather ones I wear for nights out. Saying that, I still wore these ones last night on stage for a gig and they did me proud cos there was plenty of jumping about. They broke in really fast and are already super comfy. Wouldn't wear anything else.

I love these boots! My first pair in my 50s and that’s the beauty of Docs - they’re ageless, forever a classic. Great online shopping experience with lots of info and tips on how to wear.Boots themselves are rock solid, softer leather than I expected and beautifully constructed yet tough as nails. They do fit large even with the necessary thick socks so some people may need to size down. Haven’t taken me as long as o expected to break in. I wear these with anything from jeans, floaty dresses, leggings, shorts - anything goes. They edge up any outfit. LOVE them!
I normally have trouble with all shoes being too stiff and hurting my ankles, I was shocked (and delighted) when I got my docs this week and they were so soft and looked amazing! I haven't had them off my feet since! The quality is great, they look great with any outfit and Im hoping they will be with me for along time!

I ordered a women's size 8 (US) and it was labeled size 8, but it was NOT a women's size 8! I have always worn this size in all my Dr. Marten's. I think it was actually a mans size 8 and just mislabeled. I don't mind that there was a mistake, but they don't allow exchanges. So I had to return the boots and wait for them to be rec'd and credited back to me before I can order again. I'm worried that if I order a size 8 again it will be wrong again. I was so disappointed when they didn't fit. I had been saving for a very long time to be able to afford these boots and then to have to return them was just very upsetting. I’m 73 it’s my first pair of Dr Marten’s since I was a very much younger man.I bought the waxed full grain leather, I had forgotten how comfortable DM were, the leather looked good and felt good. I have to worry about the fit at my age but it was perfectJust as proud to be seen in them now then when I was in my twenties
