I’ve just started taking this supplement so I need to give it some time to properly give you a full review on it. I do have quite an active life and I need my supplements and this fits good into my life. I do feel a little big more energetic since started taking them but I’m still observing and monitoring the entire process.

Have been using Berberine for the last 3 months as was diagnosed with diabetes 2 and the doctors wanted me to go on Metformin plus they gave me my own blood sugar machine to be able to test myself daily.When I started testing I was between 18 and 22 and the doctors said I needed to go on Metformin straight away but I wanted to have a 3 month delay before I went on it so I’d have time to try some self help .... so I started exercising, HIIT, weights and Abs, I also do intermittent fasting 18/6 and I eat fresh and a good healthy high fat keto diet (low to no carbs) AND also I started taking Berberine..... This is the only product that corrected a serious bacterial issue with my stomach (valves would not open properly). It works incredibly well. Also, being bound to the PQQ is a wonderful bonus -- helps strengthen my body to deal with the infection, too. At this point, I just use it as daily maintenance. A top favorite! (Has also been highly appreciated by all to whom I have recommended it.)
I ordered this to use in place of metformin. my blood lab result show elevated insulin level but it is not high enough to be in diabetes range. I started using this one week ago, i had no reaction to the supplement ( Im a sensitive individual and often get side effects from medication and some supplements) I notice that if i take this after dinner, my fasting blood glucose is lower than 90 in the morning. I will continue to take this in prevention of prediabetes and help lower my insulin level.
