This is a 44% chocolate therefore it is not a high strength dark chocolate. Dark chocolate can be anywhere between 50-90%. It is good for baking when you want something semi sweet in your baking to give a touch of dark chocolate in your cookies, brownie or chocolate cake.

These chocolate chips contain milk, and therefore I'd consider them to be milk chocolate.I see no reason why dark chocolate should contain milk when there's already a milk chocolate version available.This renders them unsuitable for people with milk allergies and for vegans.
Less than 50% cocoa and contains milk therefore milk chocolate, not dark.
Bought the chic milk chip, arrived with packet ripped open and contents spilled out. Made contact with company and heard nothing back. Not impressed. Long delivery time.
The chocolate chips are very good quality, they taste great! When I used them in my cookies they remained their intended shape and they tasted amazing, not a negative word to say about them really! Very good price, value for quality.
I have been unable to get these anywhere for a few months and popped into hobby craft to look at something else, when I spotted them.I couldn't believe it as I would never of thought of going there in to get them as had no idea they stocked them.So happy with my find and perfect for baking.Will be buying more.
Used this product to make chocolate mousse and melted it in the microwave and it melted really nicely and was really easy to melt without any of it burning as other chocolate products I use burn really quickly when melting. Tastes amazing on its own when there’s also some left!
Used in a new brownie recipe, delicious!Handy to have in store cupboard for many recipes
