Great for baking as it melts but retains enough shape to create chunks in the final product, in my case, cupcakes!
Used these in a brownie and was pleased with the result, as is generally the case with this brand. However, if I'm honest I only bought them because the cheaper option was sold out. I don't really find much difference to the overall result when it comes to most chocolate chunks/chips, other than the price!
I sprinkle a few of these choc chunks on my porridge for a little bit of naughty sweetness along with a drizzle of honey. I don't find them bitter at all. Much better than the choc chips I used to buy

Used these to bake into a banana loaf. They held their shape pretty well but at the same time melted perfectly to match the texture of the loaf. They weren’t too hard to bite into once baked so they were perfect! They’re also really tasty to boot!
