Dr Teal's Pure Epsom Salt Coconut Oil, 1.36kg

I am being treated for Lyme Disease. As part of the therapy protocol, I take a soaking bath for 30 minutes every evening. The Epsom salts are Excellent for helping with the detoxing. I favor the coconut oil Epsom salt. It counteracts the drying effects of the salts and is very conditioning of the skin. The scent is very calming to me. I really like it.

Honestly, this brand can do no harm in my eyes. I wish I didnt feel the need to buy 3-5 bags at a time. Yes, you heard correctly three to five bags at a time! The coconut one is nourishing while and for an extra luxurious bath, i mix the lavender and coconut. On days after a hard gym session, this is my go-to! You really won't regret this purchase.

I am very much a bath person. I don't always love bubbles, but I do really love aromatherapy and I found that the doctor teal's coconut oil Epsom salts make my skin feel so soft and smooth. They don't irritate my sensitive skin. The smell of the product is really beautiful, and it's not like a sunscreen or chemical smell

Love this. The coconut oil version is my favorite so far. I have used this years but usually always used lavender. This one I got because lavender was out and it's amazing! A subtle, warm, coconut/vanilla type scent and it feels good on the skin. It's softening and works wonderfully.

Charcoal scent is way too strong..nauseating smell

I love Dr teals bath salts. I like the unscented and the orange and really like most scents. I’m not fussy or sensitive to smells generally. But this charcoal version has a VERY STRONG mens cologne smell to it that made me nauseous. It was so bad that I had to drain the tub and start my bath over and I have an enormous tub. I don’t even think a man would want to smell like that…. It’s very strong and off-putting. I ordered this one in a whim but I’m dogging to just order the unscented and the orange now…. They are wonderful.

Helps get rid of stubborn ear wax

Dr. Teal's is the only satisfactory doctor I have had since I got my concussion, and trust me, I have seen many. There was a pressure in my ear that was making me woozy and off balance in addition to causing hearing loss. I went to the ER since I had been diagnosed with a concussion two days prior and the dismissive doctor told me I had ear wax and told me to get out without doing any scans.I have never had earwax build up in my life, especially not to the point where it was impairing my hearing. I looked online and everything said to use Hydrogen Peroxide. So I did. It made my partial hearing loss worse, making it moderate hearing loss. Tried it again. NOT natural. Heavy perfumes that linger for days

Horribly strong perfume smell. After soaking in a bath of this stuff, took a shower and went to bed. Next morning the whole house still smelled life heavy perfume. Took another shower, scrubbing skin very well and still there was a smell. Resulted in many hours of scrubbing the tub, washing all the towels, rugs, sheets, duvet, comforter, etc in both laundry soap and baking soda. The reminder of the product went straight outside to the trash. What a hassle. Product is promoted as being 'natural' but there are some seriously NOT natural heavy perfumes. Pure, natural essential oils would have been okay. But this stuff is toxic.

Smells wonderful!

We recently had two incidents where Epsom salt soaks were required - one human, one canine. My husband previously purchased the Eucalyptus & Spearmint Dr Teal's. Initially, the smell is nice & clean, and then it quickly becomes overpowering. It was so overpowering that in 5 minutes, our eyes were watering. This Coconut Oil version is FAR better. The smell is absolutely lovely and reminds me of a pricey spa. We love it and when we had to soak an abrasion on our dog's paw, he didn't seem to mind it either. I would highly recommend this version.

Soothing and relaxing

I rarely used to take a bath... strictly showers fur me. But my boyfriend loves his bath with Dr Teals Epsom salts and talked me into it. Let me tell you... no allergic reaction from my sensitive skin and I had the most relaxing bath ever. Felt rejuvenated when I was done. Watch out, Mister... now you have to share the Dr Teals with me.

Works great but makes my tub dangerous

I pour this under running water and it's mostly dissolved when I get into the bath. What's not dissolved is taken care of quickly by swishing it with my feet when I get in the tub. I love how it moisturizes my skin and the scent is really nice. The only con is that it leaves my tub very slippery and I have to be extra careful getting out of the bath. I don't like scrubbing the tub immediately after my bath because my bath is for relaxing after a long day. Who wants to undo their relaxation by cleaning? I didn't scrub it out once and I slipped when I got in the shower the next morning. If not for how dangerous my tub becomes with this, I would give it 5 stars because I love everything else about it. Unfortunately I won't buy again.
