Clears the skin and cools excess heat in the system. Great for right before bed - calms excessive emotions and has a relaxing effect on the body and mind. The cold can affect those with weak digestion, so take a small dose, and consider adding a 'warming' tea in the morning to stimulate digestion.

This is a transformational product to me. I have been taking it for around 4 years now. I take it in place of a calcium supplement. It also it very calming. For years I was faithfully taking a bone builder product and my osteopenia was working towards osteoporosis. Before I started this product, I would get stiff after riding the lawnmower for a few hours and my back would be sore. Not any more. I can mow a lot and feel very limber. My recent dexascan showed improvement on my femur but unfortunately my spine scan results didn't come out properly so I can't tell about my back other than it feels much better. I'm not what effect it has on me or if I have been consuming it wrongly. I took this with Vit C effervescent tab (i open the capsule and pour the powder to mix together) and cold water religiously. Since I have already bought it. I will just continue to finish it in hopes that it has done something to me internally. hehe.. Sometimes i will also mix the power with my night mask or cream or if I'm at home I'll mix it with my moisturizer. Alternatively i will pour the powder in my mouth with a glass of water before bed.PS: The powder will not dissolve in cold or hot water. So fret not.
