Good robot. I am mostly satisfied with it. However, what I found inconvenient is that it is impossible to cancel the mopping function when it is in the mode for cleaning all rooms. I'd have one room to be wet mopped and another room only to clean without wet mopping. A separate remote will be also useful.

This works OK but it does need alot of maintaining the worst part of this robot vac is that the alexa voice control is very limited to start and stop only you can't tell it individual rooms to clean or go back to the dock had I have known this I wouldn't of bought it as it doesn't fit into my idea of a smart home.As for cleaning it does a pretty good job at both mopping and cleaning carpets but be aware it doesn't like dark carpets the cliff sensors stop it so I had to go to the trouble of covering the sensors with white paper covered with clear tape just to get it to clean my black dining room rug.My advice would be get yourself an irobot vac an i5 or i7 they seem to be the best going around and I'm disappointed that I fell for this one I'll know better next time.

Great little unit! Amazed at how well it performed. Only thing was the mop pad. I didn't like taking it off and cleaning and refitting. So I did a lot more research and threw caution and money to the wind and bought it's bigger sister the W10 with self cleaning rotating mops and it is brilliant. Both do a great job though. Once you have a robot vac you will never look back. Some even empty the trash but I like doing that myself as you might find a ring etc. Worth getting one with navigation and laser and camera action. Could not be happier.

Good robot. I am mostly satisfied with it. However, what I found inconvenient is that it is impossible to cancel the mopping function when it is in the mode for cleaning all rooms. I run him when I remember but at least every second day - the pet hair he picks up baffles me, even if I run him in with days running!I have also used the mopping function twice. This is obviously not as good as hand mopping but omg - I am not unhappy with it. It is difficult to fit manual mopping in regularly but easy for me to set my little friend up to mop while I am out. I am very happy with the lick and a promise I can give my floors in between my heavy duty cleans. Without a doubt my floors are going to be cleaner from now. I will mop at least twice a week and fit in a handheld mop fortnightly - that is 4 quick extra cleans more than it gets now!AllbI hope now is that it lasts a decent length of time! Yes at this rate I would definitely choose this one again!
Yep it works pretty good, the two things that are a bit iffy are- the camera in the front rarely seems to help it avoid the smaller obstacles- the mop really is just dragging a damp rag aroundbut these are manageable and for the price it's probably still a good deal.
This is my second Dreamtech vacuum. I bought this DreameBot L 10 Pro, for the extra suction power. I'm disappointed that it will not climb my area rug with medium pile. My Dreame D9 would... it will map the area and try to climb the rug but will have to alter the path. It eventually will climb it in the corner of the rug and finish. If it would I would give a 5 star.
Ive been using robot vacuum for many years. I have one from iRobot but its loud and always get stuck randomly so I dont like to use it anymore. Im looking for a smarter robot. I bought the iRobot i6+ and hoping it will be good. But very disappointed. Its just like my old roomba bump into walls, table legs and any obstacles and get scratches. Map doesnt really help with obstacles like chairs or cat toys. Its hard to believe a $800 machine doesnt have Lidar. Finally I found this one. Ive been using it for all my floors. Vacuum is good and quiet. I really like it. It avoids obstacles so I dont need to hear those bumping sound anymore. Its super easy to empty the dirt bin. Our floors have never been so clean. I'm moving furniture around so the bot can clean there too. It does clean under the higher off the floor furniture already. Still working with the App to work out all the bells and whistles. Wife loves our bot too.
We like everything about the vac except the cliff sensors. The cliff sensors prevent the vac from cleaning our area rugs dark areas, which is virtually most of the rug, so it never cleaned it. I had to research online how to override the cliff sensors (which are active to prevent the vac from falling down stairs, which we don't have) by covering them with reflective paper and taping the reflective paper over them. Check it out for yourself on YouTube. It won't clean properly otherwise. Dreametech (Xiaomi Home App) should have built an option into the mobile app that allows for the disabling of the cliff sensors for those of us who don't have steps or have one level homes. Perhaps they will with future firmware/software updates. We shouldn't have to "Mickey Mouse" ... MoreWe like everything about the vac except the cliff sensors.
