Bought during promo period and get very great deal. Got a marked discount and free 3 bottles of 1L detergent. The unit looks very premium and white color is elegant. Build quality is top notch. The vacuum and mop function is superb. Very good AI detection and obstacle avoidance function. The robot also functions as CCTV when I am away from home. Very quite when vacuuming compared to my older model and even more silent when select mop function only. Clean and dirty water tank is large. Depending on the level of wetness, can last for about 1 week. However need to clear out the dirty water frequently, otherwise will have some smell. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

The L10S Pro Ultra Heat honestly has to be one of the best value propositions for a robovac that just does what it is supposed to do. The vac and mopping abilities of this unit are fantastic. For our house with a mix of rugs and floor boards it has almost entirely removed the requirement for use to vacuum and mop. The only thing it struggles with is stubborn dried food stains on the floor such as wet cat food around our cat bowls. Besides having to wipe this with a cloth we no longer need to clean the floors.The self empty and mop cleaning functions work well and usually we have to empty/refill the mop water every 3 days. The base station vacuum bag is on track to last 4-6 weeks easily.

Does the excellent job, have been using since last 8 weeks. I have been using it on water level 1 for my high glossy tiles and it does well , could be more on dry side on 1 as it has 32 water levels. Surely mat tiles will benefit more. Will tangle if cables on the floor otherwise object avoidance is pretty good.I used ecovacs omni and had to return for some faults after using 3 months, this is much better in cleaning and following instructions and have extended mopping heads and extra more features. Did well research and was sceptical in buying between Narwal freo X ultra, roborock max v and this one. I believe I made the right decision price and product wise. Narwal X ultra was good wanted to buy from Costco but it had 1 year warranty and no extended warranty offered by costco which killed the feeling of big investment. I bought this with three years warranty to hope to serve me for next 5 years. Using on both floors upper is carpet without moving the dock , does excellent job on carpet too. I believe mapping could be better , but not a concern as we can modify after done. It is good t cover outdoors with blinds as it includes that area too if not done. Battery gets quickly charged so good for multiple level cleaning. Highly recommended.
