Great product, Clever design. Great to sleep on. Take note of the instruction to be very careful when releasing the product from the plastic bag.
Harder than expected. Can feel the springs. Delivery was delayed and also left it outside my apartment block with a note to say ‘as instructed’ but this was never instructed and also very challenging to take a 30kg mattress upstairs alone with a child.
Nil communication regarding delivery, mattress was left at the door in a box exposed to the elements. Spring mattress was seal tight like a vacuum bag and boxed. Surely that cannot be good for the inner springs. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
I have had a very frustrating couple of weeks.I am still waiting for the correct bed. I had someone try and install my Como Single bed last Saturday and there was a manufacting fault which did not allow the proper assembly. I have logged this with customer care twice and have not got any reply. I am a carer for my husband and was looking for to a good nights sleep for once. As you may be able to see I am not amused. Please look into this.
Recently bought Dreamz Double 25cm mattress for guest room. Quick delivery. Material appears to be good quality. Medium firmness is probably a little too firm, but maybe that will soften with time. Could use handles on the side. Beware: the mattress will spring out of plastic wrap & if not careful, will knock you over...as happened to me! No serious injuries.
The buying experience was fine but the delivery was terrible. I purchased this for my elderly mother and had it delivered to her address. She didn't even receive a phonecall a half an hour or anything before to say the mattress was ok the way. She was away when it was delivered and it was left on the front step. She had to get someone in the street to go down and get it two days after it was delivered and hold it till she got home. It was only because I checked my junk email that I seen it was delivered. Why don't the delivery drivers call before hand like ke when you order a lounge in store??????? We will never buy another think online from fantastic furniture ever again. Very springy. using for a spare room only but its not comfortable and i would feel bad having guests sleep on it. we had to buy a mattress topper to reduce feeling of springs. would recommend spending a bit more and getting a higher qaulity.
You can feel every spring when you lie down on it. Not too comfy but you get what you pay for guys. Also, I did get the shock of a lifetime when the mattress was delivered in a box, all wrapped up. I cut the plastic and the mattress popped open and smashed me in the face. Actually hilarious, I laughed so hard.
