I lead a fairly active lifestyle - daily gym, grocery shopping, church and church-related activities throughout the week, some hiking - and I can't walk with just a cane anymore. I used a less expensive Drive Rollator for 4+ years, and it stood up well to folding/unfolding and me stowing it in the back of my car 4-10 times a day, so I wanted to try a more expensive Drive model. Adjusting fit, opening & closing her “four wheeler” easy. She was able cut over the grass, navigate sand, playground mulch, and gravel. We went up and down hills, all while she carried our bagged lunch & her purse in the zip compartment😁 She turned it around & sat at the end of our usual picnic table, locked the brakes easily. This is at least my sixth purchase of this rollator. The price that I paid was the best price on the Internet, hands-down. This is not a declaration to go get one. I did use my Lowe’s card and it did save me an extra 5%. All in just from spending a few minutes looking, it was $208.

I love this walker. This is my second purchase. I use one for inside my home and the other one for outside. Wherever I go, I’m always getting compliments and I’m asked where I purchased it. It is a life saver for me to be able to get around without having to use a wheelchair. I would highly recommend this walker.

The Nitro tall has 41" handles and are quite comfortable. I tried to find higher but apparently they don't exist. The rollerator style is different and the fire engine red makes it the Caddy of walkers. Everyone compliments me on it. Its easy to fold. The net basket out front is very convenient. The back strap is comfortable. The ten inch wheels up front had me walking over sand, grass and all sorts of uneven pavement. The breaks work well. The only negative is that when sitting on the seat, the high arms make it difficult to stand up and confines me when I'm trying to use the computer. A slightly higher seat would ... After reading the reviews for the Nitro walker, my 89 year old mother decided to try it. The first trial using the walker was shopping at Walmart. My mother walked so fast and instead of a wobbly gait, the walker made her walk normal. It supports her balance, weakness, and her face lit up like she regressed 5 years before developing balance issues and falls. This is a bit heavy for her to lift into the car trunk, but she has found the trick to lifting the lighter part of the walker first (handle bars), settling the heavy part on the bumper, and then sliding into the trunk. This only weighs 17 pounds but when you lose your strength, this can be quite heavy. So far it is giving my mother independent mobility when going out, security and safety causing no more anxiety ... The lift strap on the seat had to be pulled first at the left side or it wouldn't fully open or close from about 3 months after purchase. The strap part under the seat would twist slightly and stop movement but I adapted to this issue, a slight pull on the left side fixed the problem. I also had times when the front wheels would turn making it difficult to get it in the car. Drive needs to address this issue.I noticed in the last several months that the walker has been getting wobbly when just standing with my hands on grips with movement side to side. I have always handled it gently and with care, has never been treated roughly. I took it to dealer today and they checked it over and said there ...
