Very expensive. Doesn’t toast thinner sliced bread very well, due to the wide spacing the thinner slicer are either over toasted to get all the slice toasted or patchy toasted still bread in areas, take your pick how you want it.

I have had a Dualit toaster for 22 years. They are stylish and built to last so decided to replace it with another one.I have also had the old one serviced and it is now brand new again.Absolutely recommend the the advertised service company (in the box with the appliance). So helpful, courteous and knowledgable and reasonably priced.
Looks beautiful however very impractical!Very hard to fit anything other than traditional store bought sliced bread in it.
Very happy with it’s performance. Having had fully automatic toasters for many years, it took a little while to get used to using a manual operation again, but have no regrets buying the Dualit. It is superbly built and makes better toast than our previous toasters.
I’m very happy with the toaster. It actually toasts both sides of the bread evenly!
We’ve had about 5 toaster over 10 years. All have been disappointing. This is a masterpiece although it does take some learning. It’s like an instrument to be played rather than a thing you press a button on and ignore.
