Duct tape is a must have product that I keep stocked in my house at all times. Because of its versatility it has so many uses. I use it to remove lint from my clothing. When I don't feel like vacuuming carpet in small areas, I put a piece of duct tape at the end of a Reacher Grabber tool to remove small particles from the carpet or tiles. The Reacher Grabber tool is also a must have product. I Duct tape my paint brushes to long handles to paint difficult areas that are hard to reach. I use Duct tape to secure plastic coverings for my windows in the winter to keep the cold air out. I use duct tape to seal boxes. Just a few of its uses.

I have a theory that a lot of manufacturers use Home Essentials Direct to dump their products that don't pass quality inspection. This proves it to me (see my picture), for the umpteenth time!! It's only a small part of the roll, so I'm not returning it (too much trouble & it's not worth it), but at six bucks and change for this roll, I expected more. I'd definitely be returning it, if the entire roll was like this. I bought it to repair my keyboard tray, so I had to advance through the roll's defect to the part where there was none. The rest of the roll will just be used for odd jobs around the house. But shame on you for charging so much for seconds!!! This roll should really be sold for half this price.

It's tape. It's sticky. I use the white to seal around the window A/C units because it blends into the white woodwork. It's easy to tear and cut. It nugs me slightly that it is called duck tape instead of duct tape.I would recommend it.
Duct tape is the "go to" for so many reasons beyond its original purpose revealed in the pragmatic name. A reliable product that preforms exactly as stated. Durable, strong, malleable, and in lots of colors beyond original gray. Love it and I'm never without it. It's permanent adhesive perfection.
I bought this last week. It is so obviously a decrease in quality. The adhesive layer is no longer a dense white but a very thin layer of adhesive that it is almost transparent. We have used this product for many heavy duty projects — on a boat renegade entry, home made tabaggon for pond skimming. Now have to find a different product. So disappointing. Can’t even use it on my barn tools.
This "cherry" red tape looked a little dark on my screens (several devices). The roll I received is primary red, just what I wanted. It is a little opaque, so when put over a white surface it is bright and when on a dark surface it is a slightly darkened shade. We love it. I hope that color information helps someone. I used it to make a tri fold dry erase board which can be made with any color or pattern of duct tape (on the web, Suzanne Shares). Perfect if you need to setup low budget/personal presentations ahead and take them with you. Homeschool groups, hobby clubs, church classes . . . . The other pieces come with enough to make two, so with this tape price I am going to end up with two complete projects for under $25!
This white duct tape is great! I used it for my kid’s costumes. My only complaint is I had to double up layers of white duct tape for it to actually look white and you couldn’t see the colors underneath. Otherwise, no complaints!
I bought this tape to help with my project of hanging up lights. I have a slanted wood ceiling that I wanted to put string (bulb) lights. At first I didn’t have pins so I thought using the tape might work. The tape fell off so much I eventually had to quit. I originally bought it to tape the extension cord to the bottom trim...and it couldn’t even keep that on!!! But today was my end point.. the tape couldn’t hold up a light cord and the bulb fell and shattered. I’m so unbelievably mad. Never buying this product again unless I’m taping paper...which it probably wouldn’t be able to hold that up.
this stuff is absolutely amazing. I would recommend it to anyone that would like to use it. I use it to hold my wheelchair together. my electric and my manual when it comes apart sometimes cuz they're not made the best in the world this stuff takes the Cake it actually helps me to repair my wheelchair so I can still use it. it's not cheap stuff it doesn't fall apart at last. thank you Susie Gee
