I used this tape to cover a wicker basket that was falling apart. It worked beautifully. it covered well and fit tight. You can barely see where the pieces overlap. I also love that it comes in so many colors.

I love this tape. It is multipurpose and has "fixed" many problems for me and looks good doing it. From furniture to leaking shower connection to ripped window screen, holding these together until the building maintainance guys get around to a proper fix. Great for taping up old, valued books too. Repairing my ripped backpack. Etc.MacGyver would have loved it too.

Have always used DUCK brand and never had problems. This one barely had a starting point, hard to see and took forever to get a strip off without splitting. Disappointing.

It doesn't stick it doesn't hold but yet it worked really good for sealing up the little bit of cracks around my air conditioner I put in the window and it seems to be holding there it doesn't hold on plastic well it came off of my kitchen wall which is a fake tile? I had an old ventilating fan in the wall that led to the outside and I wanted to cover it up so you couldn't notice it but it let go eventually. I don't know what it is but nothing sticks anymore I even tried that clear invisible strip the new tape and it doesn't hold even my posters in frames that probably weighed less than a pound started to slide off of the walls in time and it was completely useless to me. But this is okay if you're going to use it on your air conditioning vents to seal any little ... MoreIt doesn't stick it doesn't hold but yet it worked really good for sealing up the little bit of cracks around my air conditioner I put in the window and it seems to be holding there it doesn't hold on plastic well it came off of my kitchen wall which is a fake tile? There is nothing original about duct tape anymore and its no good you can't even start it without it ripping I wish you would actually go back to the "ORIGINAL " and don't put heavy duty on this chapter either scotch tape is heavier and stronger. Poor red green must be sooo disappointed
Our son’s toddler tower started breaking down and for some reason glue wasn’t working. We use the tower in the kitchen so he can help with cooking, he loves it. So when the tower started breaking he was upset. Instead of throwing it out we bought some Duck Tape and it has been holding strong!!! I love Duck Tape!
I bought this last week. It is so obviously a decrease in quality. The adhesive layer is no longer a dense white but a very thin layer of adhesive that it is almost transparent. We have used this product for many heavy duty projects — on a boat renegade entry, home made tabaggon for pond skimming. Now have to find a different product. So disappointing. Can’t even use it on my barn tools.
What a fun color to create swim through pool circles for my grandkids. Needed to fill hula hoops with stone, tape and throw in the pool. Worked like a charm, sealed and ready to swim through.
I bought this tape to help with my project of hanging up lights. I have a slanted wood ceiling that I wanted to put string (bulb) lights. At first I didn’t have pins so I thought using the tape might work. The tape fell off so much I eventually had to quit. I originally bought it to tape the extension cord to the bottom trim...and it couldn’t even keep that on!!! But today was my end point.. the tape couldn’t hold up a light cord and the bulb fell and shattered. I’m so unbelievably mad. Never buying this product again unless I’m taping paper...which it probably wouldn’t be able to hold that up.
