Duracell Ten Pack Coppertop AA Alkaline Battery

Don't trust the website image if you're wanting storage friendly. I did receive the 24 batteries, but they were 6-2 packs on 2-12 pack cards so I had to tear them apart on the perforations and stack them then rubber band them together for storage.Is it a big deal?I would have rather received what's shown in the image on the website.Is it worth my while to return item or ask for refund? Not really.But in my opinion, these 3rd party vendors should be held accountable one way or another.Just another day in clownworld right?

I've always opted for Duracell batteries where I can as I've trusted the brand more than any other battery, and these did not disappoint. I used them as a replacement in my wireless keyboard which had been on the fritz (the keys only functioning half the time due to dying batteries). I replaced the old batteries with two of these and the keyboard is working better than ever, honestly feels like it has more connection than I've ever had (ie no pauses in typing). I love the 12 year storage guarantee, but do need to say that the packaging feels a bit dated, and I'm not sure what power boost ingredients are as there is no explanation on the packaging. I think these are great, I normally buy the regular Duracell batteries, and they are good as an overall battery, I find I'm needing to replace them in my insulin pump regularly. The manufacturer recommends Energizer batteries but I wasn't really happy with the performance so I switched to Duracell a year after using the Energizer Batteries that Medtronic Recommended. I put the Duracell Power Boost battery in the Insulin Pump, and it's been 2 weeks and still going strong. I'm floored to say the least. Yes these are a little more pricey than the regular ones, however with the length of time I got off of one battery it was paid for itself, and I still have 3 batteries left. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm sold!

Packaging of the product is great with an easy to open back so you can the amount of batteries you need for the occasion. I used two for a remote and it worked just fine. I took the other two to a flashlight and it gave it a nice brightness to it that I like to see with these type of products. Fully charged and with the guarantee that it could last twelve years puts my mind at ease. Great value for a long while. I don't know how much that guarantee will hold up but I guess I will find out in twelve years after storing them. I think the in storage part should be bigger seeing how that can be overlooked and misunderstood. Overall I will continue to use this product and share it's reliability with others. Good battery for a good price!

After purchasing these Duracell Power Boost batteries, I decided to put them to the test. I have a LED flashlight that I had just replaced with new batteries. I removed those and replaced with the Duracell Power Boost batteries. Both myself and my husband agree there was a noticable difference in how bright the LED flashlight was when the Duracell Power Boost batteries were used. And even though I just installed the Power Boost batteries, I have full confidence they will last longer than the brand of batteries I was previously using in this flashlight. I will definitely be replacing the batteries in other electronics I use with the Duracell Power Boost batteries.

Best batteries for household electronics

I purchased batteries for the remotes to all the TVs and these do the trick. I've trusted only Duracell in my mouse and various remote control toys throughout the years and they are still a quality brand product.If you want batteries that last, Duracell is my go to for things that don't kill batteries particularly fast. Like remotes and things like that, these last a very long time. They do well in RC Cars, drones, etc., Where Duracell pulls ahead is the price. Duracell is the best "bang for your buck" on everyday batteries around the house.

My one concern, based on past experience, is that these are not great for long term storage. My experience is that they have a shelf life of around 5 or 6 years, which is quite reasonable, but it doesn't confirm with the shelf life printed on the batteries. I will note that this package (the one I just got) indicated "new power boost ingredients", which leads me to believe that there has been some reformulation of the battery since previous versions, and I am hopeful that this new formulation also fixes the storage problem (corrosion/leaking after about 7 years).But, all in all, very few people likely keep batteries on the shelf for that ... MoreThese Duracell batteries are my go-to batteries during the holiday season. I've ruined a clock when these started leaking and, most recently, a drone controller with batteries dated for the end of 2023 on them. Well, it's still 2023 as I write this and all 4 batteries look to have leaked continually since I last few the drone about this time last year. Quality control desperately needed for Walmart.com

I dislike that you purchase in good faith from walmart.com and you get for your hard earned money opened, possibly used, eaten, or worn items. I have returned items for all of the above reasons in the past. I will also be returning the opened batteries. I have no idea how much battery power they have. Walmart needs to better in this area! No one wants to purchase tampered with merchandise!!!!😡
