This unit is s direct replacement for my old Bosch E26 hot water system. No modifications required and it has only been installed for 2 months, and it works great.

I bought this heater 12 months ago.its not even hot enough to wash my dishs.The shower is just hot. Can't readjust this unit.I can not afford to buy another unit seems I am stuck with this. Very disappointing.

Good product with a reputable and efficient installation company (Cavana Plumbing in Victoria) who looks after their name/reputation seriously. The brand new product had a fault (chance Olof faulty product is very very very small) Through Bunnings, Dux swapped a brand new one without delay.The Special Orders Desk (pretty much the entire team) and the relevant store managers at Bunnings Chadstone Store (Victoria) need a full recognition of their effort from confirmation of the payment to finalise the purchase & liaison with installation / swap / 2nd installation of the product.
Great performer, we have low pressure water and this system handles it well.
Saving heaps on gas bills by replacing storage hot water unit with this one. Have been using for 12 months and no issues. It's a shame bunnings doesn't sell the indoor wall controllers for these. I had to buy one online from a plumbing supplier over east.
Works well set-up on a gravity fed system.
