I got these sheets in pink and beige. Quality of pink is ok-ish for the price, not too soft but not scratchy. Fabric quality of the beige one is much worse - it is super rough and scratchy and irritates my skin. Tried washing, tumble drying, ironing - nothing helps to break the material. I would not recommend this product. All is fine size-wise though.

I have owned these sheets in other Ikea countries however my first purchase of these in India has been horrible. The colour tan during the wash and has transferred into my other Ikea duvet set. Also find this one is more thin and coarse compared to the one I bought from Ikea Australia. Also no mention of 100 TC on website.

This is my second set of DVALA sheets. I have a blue set that are a few years old, nice and soft and cool. I bought a grey set and you wouldn't know they're the same type of sheets. This set feels rough and is so wrinkly. Not sure what happened in the manufacturing process. Am laying on them now for the first time and I feel like these will keep me awake tonight. Will likely return.

My daughters slept on these sheets for 2 nights and there were some oil sweat stains. I washed the sheets 3 times and the stains did not come out. Not sure if this is because of the material composition of the sheets. They were not soft like normal cotton sheets. I tried to get a refund and showed the representative pictures of the stained sheets but was told that I had to bring the sheets into the store for a refund. I live 1.5 hrs away from the closest store so that’s not worth the drive back and forth. Save your time and money!
Colour, gorgeous.Price, fantastic.Fit, too generous.Quality, miserable. Felt like sandpaper even after washing. Lasted 20 mins on these before stripping them off the bed. Donated them to charity. Will make for lovely craft project or curtains I hope.
The top sheet is just great, and I love the crispness of the material. My mattress is approx 12.5" high, and the corners of the bottom sheet fit nicely. But, good grief! it is 10"-12"too long! I've washed it several times in hot water in hopes that it would shrink down to fit, but ... nope! Still a foot too long! So it's basically unusable - unless I want to cut it off and resew it - which I don't.I have gotten sheets from Ikea several times that fit perfectly, but reading the reviews of how others have the same problem with the super huge sheets makes me a bit apprehensive about buying any more. At least until Ikea starts selling sheets for normal sized beds.
I bought a whole bedding set, all 100% cotton, and when I got into bed that night I don't know what hit me. I struggle to sleep, going through the menopause, but that day I just drifted off to the land of sleep. My husband who is also a bad sleeper was quiet as mouse in the land of nod. The material feels so kind, gentle, soothing and cooling against the skin unlike bedding with polyester mix. I highly recommend this and in fact will but the same for the rest of my family after it passed this test. Well done Ikea.
The material of the sheets is actually better quality than I expected. However, the stench of chemicals embedded/permiated in the production of these sheets is affecting my health. DO NOT BUY THESE if you have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities!!! I soaked these sheets for a week, in multiple buckets of water/soap flakes/dry hydrogen peroxide/washing soda/dish soap/vinegar, and am currently in the middle of washing them for the third time in a row. Sheets still reek of chemicals. I might have to throw them out. I sure can't sleep on them without absorbing/inhaling these chemicals, and ending up in the hospital. I only gave one star because the material was good quality. I've recently upgraded my toddler to this single bed, the sheets of this series is very rough and very uncomfortable, prickly and itchy. We don't have sensitive skin, we've given it several washes and it hasn't helped. We have other Ikea sheets for our queen bed but it's the first time we've encountered such discomfort. it's like sleeping on sandpaper
The light pink Dvala King size sheet set matches the duvet (LÖNNHÖSTMAL) perfectly! It is wonderful! The color is soothing and calming. Very warm (in color).The feel: slightly cooling, yet throughout a cold night, I am pleasantly warm with a couple blankets on top. The material is thick enough that I can't see through it to my printed mattress pattern. It is great. And a wonderful price point, too. They wash-up just great, dry quickly and I hope they last awhile.
