Dynamic Health Juice Concentrate, Cranberry - 8 fl oz
Cranberry has long been linked to helping defeat urinary tract infections, and recent research is beginning to bear this out. How do cranberries help? When a cranberry is in its juvenile state, it is green and bitter, making it unpalatable to most animals. This is a matter of survival. At this early stage, the cranberry produces a certain class of molecules known as flavonoids, substances that have been investigated for their nutritional benefits and antibacterial activity. Studies have shown that the particular flavonoids produced by the cranberry have a strong antibacterial effect. As the berry matures, it must propagate. To ensure that this happens, the plant transforms the flavonoid molecules to sugar molecules. ( so it will be more palatable for animals to eat and spread it's seeds ). This sugar molecule makes cranberry effective as a nutrient within the urinary tract. In the human body, different cells have unique receptor sites. In cranberries, the sugar unlocks a receptor site on the walls of the urinary tract. This explains cranberriesÕ unique benefits. Cranberries contain a type of flavonoid that is capable of defeating the bacteria that cause urinary tract infections, and this flavonoid is attached to a sugar that seeks out the cells that line the urinary tract. Research recommends making cranberries part of your diet if you are prone to recurrent urinary infections. A 1994 article in the Journal of the American Medical Association indicates that cranberry might reduce the levels of bacteria in urine.

It’s very good! If you like tart things it is perfect on its own with water or fizzy water. I guess you could add sugar or honey but I like it as is!

Item taste just as genuine as unsweetened cranberry juice that is not concentrated. Excellent product. I'm back to buy more. I tried the NSI brand and although it says no sugar added it tasted artificially 'sweet' in some way. I poured it out. The smaller 8 oz bottles are best because you don't have to worry about the expiry as much too.

I have reordered this cranberry concentrate several times. Convenient and easy to store. I use daily and am very happy with it.
I just reviewed the Black Cherry and forgot to mention my disappointment that it (and the cranberry) are obviously no longer organic. The label used to say "Organic", now it does not. But they are still delicious. The cranberry is so tart, you will probably want to mix it with another fruit concentrate. I have mixed it with orange juice, and loved it!
I ordered this for my 78 year old Grandma. She can't find this in any of our local stores. She has some health issues and it really helps her.
I hesitantly tried this and I love it! It lasts a while and is perfect mixed with filtered water, lime juice, and a little Stevia. Definitely, tell a difference when I drink it.
Very dark red liquid comes in small glass bottle that needs care in pouring since least splattered drop like a dye. It tastes bitter as lemon juice. Adding honey or maple syrup helped until got used to tart flavor. Even 1 tsp in a tall glass of water caused pucker. Got 3 bottles and would buy this serious strong unsweetened cranberry concentrate again as taken for prostate health.
WE all know cranberry is good for you. However, juices can be bitter. Not this one. This is the best tasting pure cranberry juice that I have come across. Taste great!! No additives Get the 16oz for better price and 5 out of 5 value.
This is a good tasting product. I don't just make cranberry juice though, I mix it with other concentrated juices for a fruit juice blend. My only criticism is the bottle tops never seem to be on very tight. Almost every single bottle I have received has had some leaking because the bottle top is not securely tight.
