Little ones can now experience the magic and fun that comes from whizzing around with their very own Dyson Ball Vacuum Cleaner. As well as staying true to the Dyson Ball's ease of use, this vacuum cleaner features working suction! Whether helping adults out with a spring clean or tidying up after teddies, there are countless ways to incorporate this toy vacuum into everyday life. Everyone deserves to experience the joy that comes from the Dyson Ball! 4 x C batteries required (not included). Suitable for ages 3+ years.

After the hiccups comes a lot of fun!

As some reviewers have mentioned, the setup of this two-piece toy was oddly and unnecessarily stressful. The handle had to be pushed in with a lot of force (felt like I was going to break it) and the battery compartment was annoyingly difficult to open and put together. Once you get over those hurdles though, it’s an adorable toy. My two year old son loves it! The height of the handle I think is perfect for 2-3 year olds. The “suction” picks up a tiny amount of debris which is pretty cool. It can quickly become that toy that drives you crazy if left on for too long. The sound isn’t too fun. We can only hope it will now keep our son’s attention away from our actual vacuums. Here’s to hoping.

Awesome toy! Very engaging!

My 1 year old son loves to help me clean things...whether it's a vacuum or using the swiffer. So i bought this for him to have something he could use instead of trying to handle a real vacuum. He LOVES it! And he is still playing with it after over a week...we have to take it with us everywhere! It sounds real and actually picks up things! If you have any doubts... don't! This is amazing!

Cute but disappionting

Disappointing. I was so excited for this purchase, my son loves vacuuming with me. He got this for Christmas. It was fine for the first few times he used it then the beads started sticking. Then last week the handle snapped apart. :( he's 18months so it's not like he's strong.

DYSON VACUUM
19 February 2024

This was a HUGE disappointment. The video that show how it works on the website shows that it really works. That it actually has suction and sound, also shows it picking up plastic toys which you think comes with it. It has what looks like sprinkles on a cupcake in the wind tunnel that blow around and that’s cool. WELL… there are no toys that it picks up which is fine I can buy those things but there is absolutely NO SUCTION AT ALL. We put down an actual cupcake sprinkle that we had here and it did nothing. Put your hand to the hole and NO SUCTION. NEXT IT WILL NOT STAND ON ITS OWN UPRIGHT. What…. No it’s not just this one apparently In others reviews I found they had the same issue. I’m keeping this item only because my grandson is in love with it and I know that’s ... MoreThis was a HUGE disappointment. The video that show how it works on the website shows that it really works. See photos this is how it stands up. NOT AT ALL

My toddler niece loves it!
27 July 2024

It is a nice toy and she pulls it out and vacuums everyday. It's not going to last for life, but made sturdy enough. The batteries have a secure area. The trash tray is hard to remove. It's easy to locate, but it is hard to pull out. This may just be this one. After every trip around the house she has to dump the dirt in the trash. It has some suction, but only for crumbs, etc. And it does sound like a vacuum.

My toddler's favorite toy!
12 June 2021

Bought this for my one year old that is obsessed with my vacuum. He LOVES it and will push it around the house for several minutes at a time, a few times a day. I don’t usually love toys with batteries (this one takes C batteries, by the way) and/or toys that have a single purpose (no imagination required) but I will totally make an exception for this one. I love that it has two separate buttons/switches: The button makes the beads inside swirl and the switch on the back turns on the suction. I only ever turn on the swirling beads, though honestly he’s perfectly content to push it around without turning it on. It is functional in that it will suck up things like a real vacuum, but we don’t usually turn that part on to conserve battery life. My 3.5 year old also occasionally plays with it, so it has some appeal to pre-school aged kids too. A few of the reviews I read mentioned that it was difficult to assemble the handle, so with that in mind I didn’t have any trouble with it because I knew I’d need to force it together.

One if our favs!!

One of our favs! Lasted 4-5 years for us! Our suction WORKED. You have to turn on the suction button. IT DOES STAND, just have to make it click that way to stand up. Kinda like a real vacuum does when you’re using it vs. storing it! Very sad it broke, but will probably get another for our 3rd son who will turn 3!

Poor value
29 May 2024

Bought this Dyson for my grandson for Xmas. After a few months button that makes the hoover noise stopped working despite replacing batteries. Complained to John Lewis but they wouldn't repair or replace as we had had it for 6 months. I really would have expected this toy to last longer. I still have working toys from my own children from 40 years ago!

The best toy ever!
16 January 2024

This little vacuum was an instant hit with the grandkids (2 & 4). These are their most popular toy ever. The 4 year old proceeded to clean grandma's house for at least an hour(!) with the 2 year old not far behind. The adults joked about breaking open a bottle of wine and relaxing since the kids were so engrossed with these little vacuums. The following week, the kids had fun cleaning their house then brought them back to grandma's house which, of course, needed a thorough cleaning again. And the amazing thing is, these little vacuums are the quietest electric toys they have! Yes, amazing. One of them quit, though, after a few weeks (they've gotten a lot of use!) so I'm ordering a replacement ASAP but still giving these 5 stars because they've been such a hit--with ... MoreThis little vacuum was an instant hit with the grandkids (2 & 4). not what i expected
23 April 2024

it feels cheap. the parts dont seem to connect correctly, for example the wheels are suposed to lock into a standing position, and then lock back when in use so it can be pushed around. it takes to much pressure to latch them i can barely do it, my baby won't stand a chance. the batteries cost more than the toy, thats not their fault, but why make it require so much energy? also it looks used, arived looking dirty.
