Works great for our V15 and very sturdy stand but on reflection, it is quite an expensive purchase for what it is, the simplicity of it and what it does really… but isn’t everything these days. Looks tidy and does the job. Happy.

The docking stand does the job if you don't want to go to the trouble of hanging it permanently on your wall. I would like there to be another place to attach the stair attachment as there isn't one and it ends up sitting on my shelf and not on the stand with the other attachments. My docking stand was good value for money as I bought it from eBay for 50 but I think the retail price of 100 is a little high.

I bought my new Dyson v11 a few weeks back and did not know this stand existed. Found it whilst browsing and it was the one thing I never knew I needed. It look great, it is sturdy and mostly I no longer worry about storage as I live in a rented house and could not use the wall fixtures. Highly recommend!!!!
We recently moved into an apartment while building our next home. I didn't want to wall mount our Dyson in the apartment as I want the least amount of holes in the walls possible. The vacuum had been on the floor a month or so plugged in when I cam across this freestanding charger. It works great is attractive and performs its function well. Plus you can't beat the price on eBay.
Pros: This lifts so much more dust than any other hoover I've had. The first time I used it in a room I had just hoovered, and it was clear my old hoover wasn't doing the job. It is great on pet hair, even on upholstery and rugs, and I can see such a difference since I've had it. My partner's dust allergy hasn't acted up since!Cons: Nope!

I love this stand. I dont have to commit to a charging location on a main wall, (who wants their vacuum cleaner on display in the main rooms? Lol Its also quite large and takes up space. Not all outlets are conveniently located where to wall hang a huge vacuum either) I can conveniently have it hidden in my laundry room behind the door. The pole has a slit for securing the charging cable, there is a thick silicone pad that rests against the v11 outsizes bin, the docking seat for the battery tilts, and it holds an extra attachment. I have all hard-floors so a million attachments isnt a necessity for me. I have my main floor head, crevice tool and a pre-charged extra battery pack. Pros: Don't know if its because its new but excellent suction. Really like the hard floor head as it almost seems to buff the floor and no scratching. Like the fact that the tools are now fixed to the hoover so you have them to hand when you want to change.Cons: I am only petite so struggle to get the cleaning heads off without turning it upside down slightly so making the dust and hair go up the container. I therefore I have to put my hand in to empty it as the hair etc has got stuck at the top. Others may not have this problem
The dok is perfect - brand new and exactly as advertised. I was a little concerned that it might not fit my V11 outsize but it is perfect. It is sturdy, even though the vacuum is very heavy, and I have had no trouble at all putting the head onto the charger. Very well made unit and worth every penny.
