Seems to be working fine, better value at almost a third of the price of genuine dyson. You could buy 3 of these for the price of 1 genuine battery and be better off.
I have bought battery products from this company for some years now. I keep getting amazed at how quickly they come to me and how long they last! Need I say more?
Absolutely no problem with the service from Battery Mate. While the batteries are performing well at the moment, it remains to be seen how long they last. The original Dyson batteries were very disappointing given the price of the vacuum cleaner in the first place.
Battery is easy to replace and has given the vacuum a new life. Replacement battery appears to have larger capacity and certainly seems to last longer than the original one did.
Cheap which is great. Doesn't last quite as long as our Dyson battery did though, it still does the job, and was very easy to fit. Would purchase it again!
Although the battery is brand new, at its first use it overheated just minutes after starting the vacuum. I had to let it rest and cool down.This never happened with the original battery (made by Dyson).Definitely not happy with my purchase.
Arrived quickly and no issue installing. The battery is slightly wider than the original so getting it out of the charger is tight and need some force
