Crying babies/children tantrums in flights are much more bearable too.We switch between the foam & silicone tips (my Plus comes with extra foam tips 😍 & we each wear different sized tips so he could have the foam tips I don’t use) whenever needed. 😉

I’m obsessed with these earplugs! I use them when I need to focus and they act as a volume control, lowering the volume of background noises. You can still have conversations with these, just all the distracting background noises go away. I’ve also found these to be amazing for using while reading or meditating. I fell in love with Loop earplugs from the moment they arrived and I put them in my ears. I purchased my first 4 pairs on Amazon, but friends, please purchase them on Loop's website to ensure that you get the latest/newest version of the earplugs. I just purchased a bundle with all 3 pairs, the link, and mutes on Loops site.I have a noisy household. My husband likes things loud and I often found myself with headaches from my ears rattling. I also run a child care in my home with 10 very loud children. I had tried the stupid foam ear plugs which fall out and found myself wearing my apple airpods with nothing playing except having the noise cancellation on. Since then, I've ordered the Quiets, the Experience, and I ordered my Autistic daughter the Switch ones and she loves them too. I purchased another pair of engage in clear and now awaiting my new upgraded pairs.This is how I use my Loops: I use the Loop Engage in my daycare and when I will be socializing. It helps with my focus and helps take the edge off all the rattling noise around me. I use Loop Experience when listening to live music or when my husband is blaring the TV and surround sound. I use Loop quiet so that I can sleep through the fog horn snoring that my husband does. My daughter has Autism and prefers the switch. She likes having it all in one plug. I like them separate. Everyone is different. :)

So I have adhd and misophonia(only recently diagnosed with it but ive had it all my life) on top of that I work in an automotive assembly plant where nonstop noise, beeps, squeeks, slams and bangs are a constant. I was recommended these ear plugs through therapy and i honestly thought they wouldn't help because i hear pressure when i wear standard foam ear plugs or muffs. Just a constant psssssssssssssss sound and my ears hyper focus on that sound and it almost becomes deafening. The moment i put these earplugs the whole world felt different. I started with a medium and learned quick i was an extra small because any other size hurt my ears, but after about a month im a size small in one ear and a medium in the other. I LOVE Loops! I bought the engage loops maybe a year ago and I loved them so much I decided to get the bundle to try the 3 different loops.The Engage are amazing! I have a friend that talks a little too loudly and I can pop these in and hear her clearly without wanting to cover my ears! I got the clear ones to be more discreet. What I really love is that I can hear myself enough to not be yelling and still have the background sounds be quiet! I use them when I go shopping so I can still communicate with my partner comfortably or when I hang with friends. Usually, it's quite uncomfy to have anything in my ear when I sleep, because I'm a side sleeper, but I got used to these super quick and fell asleep with no problems.I have small ear canals and I have trouble wearing ear plugs comfortably without them falling out. That being said, I use the extra small ear tips and I have zero problems.Overall, I love Loops and I have used all three for different settings and for different reasons and I don't regret buying the bundle.If I had to recommend one, I'd definitely go with the Engage for most day to day situations, but like I said, I love all 3 for different situations.The upgraded cases are also a welcome change! I love the designated slots to better hold the loops in place. I have no complaints at all!Keep it up!

I can hear them without taking my earplugs out, but I err on the side of caution here.These earplugs let me go in almost any store or public space and have a much better chance of coping! It is amazing! I can handle Walmart! I can handle restaurants and people chewing nearby and cutting food with silverware!You simply do not know how much these do for you until you take them out and then try to live your life. I cannot recommend them enough. I have the engage and experience once’s. More Experience, Less Overstimulation (if any)

I recently purchased Loop Engage 2 earplugs to alleviate anxiety & thus stress inside my body from overstimulation due to lots of noise, loud noises, & more in public spaces. I tend to get overwhelmed at really noisy/loud/crowded/etc. events, but would not usually notice it until back in the car or once home & my nervous system/body/mind are all freaking out from overstimulation, & then all the side effects I’d suffer once home (irritability, inability to calm down/deep breathe/meditate, inability to fall asleep, etc.). I figured at $64.69 ($35 for the earplugs & $25 for the link), it could be worth it, esp. with the 100 day return policy. Nothing to lose & potentially, some peaceful wellbeing to be gained. I was able to enjoy the live music, conversation with my husband, & talking to the server with ease & enjoyment despite the fact that wearing them for the first time required a bit of an adjustment to the newness of the experience. Next, I decided to wear them to my roller derby bout. I don't tend to get overwhelmed at our practices (they are closed & not that loud outside of the sounds of our skates on the wood floor & whistles), but I do at bouts where we have a lot of fans & background noises/conversations, loud music, announcers over the PA, & a lot more stimuli that can tend to overwhelm me. And I felt safe wearing them during the bout (derby is a level 1 full contact sport after all) due to the fact that I spent a bit extra on the link as a just in case. My only regret: Loops not being around when I first started derby back in 2009. My Engage 2 earplugs kept me focused on the sensations occurring within my own body, along with being able to sense & feel the bodies of my teammates & the visiting team alike all around me. I could still hear the nearby refs as well. Thankfully, I only received 1 penalty, but I could actually hear them right away due to the fact that me & my nervous system were not freaking out from being overstimulated. I genuinely believe my Loops allowed me to skate the best I have ever skated before in my life. There is nothing more reassuring & confidence-boosting than having the ability to remain in your own body while giving yourself & your immediate surrounding area your full, focused attention. I also wore them to a concert for the first time last night & enjoyed them for all the aforementioned reasons. The Loops made the show so much more enjoyable & relaxed, despite the energy being high. I was still able to perfectly hear & feel the music & rhythm, & probably even more so b/c I was not overstimulated whatsoever last night. I cannot say enough good things about the Loop Engage 2 earplugs! Thank You for providing me with the ability to enjoy my LIFE outside the home & in shared, noisy spaces. I am eternally grateful to you, Loop!!!

Overpriced BUT.....I keep buying them anyway!

First off....accessibility shouldn't have to be a "treat yourself" item but alas, when you have expensive taste in award-winning designed earplugs it is, unfortunately, something I can't order every single color in. But that's ok, because they are outstanding in quality. They work as advertised, they keep me calm when I am feeling overwhelmed by sensory input of ALL kinds (not just auditory), and they honestly bring me a little spark of joy because they look super cool too as a perk.I personally have found it impossible to wear while talking to anyone though, because I am uncomfortable hearing my own voice being amplified in my head. I got my first set of Loops a couple years ago when they had a much smaller selection. They helped with the overwhelm of external noises, but introduced a new overwhelm from internal noises. It was also very difficult for me to regulate my own volume.I got the Engage 2 after reading the improvements they had made that should make speaking easier. I wore them this past week for a training and still found myself consistently removing at least one loop because people couldn't hear me when I was speaking and I still couldn't properly regulate my volume properly with both loops in. They also didn't filter out many of the extra little external noises that get under my skin, like a buzzing light fixture. The earplugs are pretty good when they fit right. The carry/storage case is awful.

The loops themselves are pretty good. It's a little hard to tell if I have them in correctly even though they look like they're in correctly from the outside. Sometimes it feels like they're just completely plugging my ears, which isn't really the purpose for this model. Also, the case, at least as of late 2022 when I bought these, is awful. I've had two of them break from falling a short distance to the ground, causing the latch tab to snap off completely. The first time this happened, I lost one of my silicone Loop Quiet plugs in the process (same type of case) and they replaced the case, but I'm left with just one loop.
