I am genuinely so pleased with this coffee machine and how it has changed my mornings; waking up to a fresh barista coffee without leaving the house is perfect (saves money too). I could not recommend the De'Longhi Magnifica Evo highly enough for so many reasons; to start it’s easy to set up and more importantly easy to clean and descale compares to other bean to cup machine. Coffe tastes so much better than the capsule machines and you can change the grinder setting depending on how strong you like your coffee. Out the box the Delonghi Magnifica Evo is a little large but wow what a great looking machine, extremely sleek and stylish. The chrome and black looks amazing. Great hot beverage options from an espresso to herbal tea. The automation of the machine is amazing but I recommend reading the instructions carefully because it is easy to not make enough of your beverage or over fill your cup.This machine makes the perfect cuppa. The milk spout is a great option especially for a silky hot chocolate. The self cleaning of the spouts is a ingenious touch and the spill tray is easy to clean.

I have had my new coffee machine nearly a month. I chose the Magnifica because I did not need one with a milk attachment and wanted bean to coffee. It replaced our discontinued Autentica which no longer made good coffee. The Magnifica is so much better. You can adjust the aroma to your liking. The coffee comes out hotter and the water tank is more accessible being on the side. Coffee shop quality in your own home! Am absolutely delighted so far.

Firstly a thank you to the previous reviewer whose comprehensive review helped my choice in choosing this machine.The choice of these machines is large but I did not want to spend more than £400 on a bean to cup machine and did not want an integral milk carafe which do then need to be constantly washed! We like coffee but only infrequently buy it from the high street and wanted to get away from the endless dumping of small Nespresso pods into the waste bin. The milk frother is easy to use, though the spout is not long so we purchased a small 350cl metal jug which is ideal for this machine. We always use the large coffee option rather than the expresso and this is perfect for a barista style drink.Coffee is great and you get a lovely aroma throughout the day which is nice, the machine looks good and with a 2 year JL warranty what's not too like? I have ours next to a microwave, which I then put the cup in to for 20 seconds so the coffee is extra hot.One of the attractions of a bean to cup is you can experiment with all the different coffee beans available from the major supermarkets, that's half the fun as you experiment to find one you like and at about £2.50+ for a bag of beans, it's good on the pocket as well. Absolutely love this coffee machine from De’Longhi. I have been using for a few days now and feel I am a master coffee barista! Joking aside the results are as good as any coffee shop coffee I’ve bought and I have no experience of making coffee. The machine is actually very easy to set up and get started, I read all the instructions but actually could have just read the quick guide. The milk frother is excellent. I have used espresso beans and getting good results so would recommend the same. The machine looks really great on my kitchen too. A way to impress guests and treat yourself to great coffee every day.
Firstly this coffee machine is sizeable so takes up a fair bit of space on the worktop. However it is no bigger than its alternatives. The device is fantastically put together and everything feels well thought out and sturdy. It runs a clean through when you turn on and off the device so make sure you have a cup ready otherwise you are continually emptying the drip tray. It’s just a shame this machine doesn’t have a few more options for types of coffee. That would be its only limitation. The fact it takes whole beans as well as ground is very clever. Worth the purchase.
I have enjoyed using the De'Longhi coffee machine. it is like the ultimate shop bought coffee experience from the comfort of your own home. Usually I am not one that makes personalised coffee beverages from freshly ground beans, but the experience has allowed me to replicate shop bought coffee within my own house.The easy to navigate soft touch display is a good option as it is easily accessible for all users. The simple illuminated icons draw your eye to what functions need attention at the right time. Additionally, the transparent water tank is visibly clear and makes it easy to check the water levels when necessary.
Set-up would have been a doddle if I'd realised the steam switch needed to click in order for the machine to do a first clean out!However once I worked this out, set up was straight forward although the instruction manual is basic. We really like the way the machine can be customised to suit our taste in coffee, water hardness (just Google to find out for your area), temperature and even our cup sizes.Our last machine was a nespresso and there is no comparison. Smoother and with more depth. Firstly, be prepared the machine does take up a fair bit of counter space.The machine itself is simple to follow and maintain (where to fill the water tank and so on). It is a great coffee machine and love the milk foamer attachment, makes great barista style coffees.My 2 only nags I have is:1. No warning its about to run out of water so it just makes you a tiddle cup of coffee and no when you fill the water tank back up it doesn't remember so your stuck with a small amount.2. No warning its about to run out of beans. You'll hear the grind then nothing and you just dread the weak bean water pouring into your cup.So as long as you check everything about the machine; water level, beans, empty the used grinds... you can make yourself a hassle free coffee.
