I bought this machine about 10 months ago. Nothing exceptional but fine for it's value. After the 4 first months, I got an alert for descaling . I own this machine for 10 months and half of the time I was not able to use it! And of course there is no one there to solve my problems

This is a great bean to cup coffee machine which I bought to replace my very old inherited one that broke. My only gripe is the milk container. I wish I had got the one with the milk steamer wand instead for ease and more control over my drink as we hardly use it. You have pre set options for the drinks using the milk container but it never quite meets my expectations of what it should do or what I'd like it to do. You get more control over your perfect cappuccino or latte from having the milk frothing wand and I wish you could have this as an added extra as I would buy it. I like the ground coffee option for decaff or flavoured coffee and you can trick the machine into making a hot chocolate by selecting my latte (fill the milk cup with the required amount of milk) add hot water to chocolate powder to a paste then press ground coffee and my latte, Perfect hot chocolate. I like the hot water function especially if you want herbal tea it's not quite hot enough for Yorkshire tea but in a rush it will do as it's instant and would probably be good for a baby bottle in a hurry. I also like the self cleaning which happens every time you turn it on or off (auto switch off too) but it does use a lot of water. I keep a cup under the spout so that I'm not constantly emptying the drip tray. Overall a great machine. 4 stars given due to milk cup feature not being as useful as it should.

Pros: Easy to use. Makes great coffee. Considering the size of this machine it’s quite compact. The milk system is the best feature of it. Attach it, use it, easy one touch clean then back to the fridge.Cons: Only 2 minor issues. First: The water container seems a bit fiddly when trying to slide it back after referring it. First: The is there is no only hot milk option settings
Pros: I like the ease of using it and keeping it clean. I keep it on my work surface and am pleased with the look of it. Elegant.Cons: I would have liked to have been able to make a larger cup of cappuccino. It might be possible but not looked into it yet
Cons: I think it’d best for the coffee machine to measure the amount of coffee before the grinding process is began. Currently, if a tiny amount of coffee is left, when any type of beverage selected, system carries on using that tiny bit of coffee and attempts to grind them. However, that tiny amount is not enough for the selected beverage. This is problematic when latte was selected resulting in starting again, or choosing an espresso single shot on top of the latte and frothed milk. I hope that helps. But we love this coffee machine. I've had this machine two months or so now. And love it. I rung delonghi as I wasn't sure which model would suit me. I had the most helpful man you could have. We figured I love my milk really hot, so I needed one which I can heat myself, I can't grind and tamper to save myself. But I love a great coffee. This machine delivers it all. So easy to set up, so easy to clean. Top notch machine
Pros: Its all automated , the only thing you have to do is descalling but even that is automated, you just have to put discailer in water container+ water and it does it automatically. BRILLIANT!!Cons: To keep in memory the preferred quantity if milk, as when I do it , after a few turn ons and offs it resets to how it was before. Aside of that Excellent MACHINE
I wasn't planning to buy this type of coffee machine because of its high price, in addition to my desire to buy a manual one to carry out these traditional Espresso procedures. Still, because of the discount offered by the Elgiganten store, I bought it, and frankly, I am very happy with this product, which impressed me with the results and the variety of drinks it offers.It's a very smart and advanced coffee machine that may be confusing to some and useful to othersIn conclusion, the machine is very good and the taste of the coffee is fabulous, and I highly recommend it.
Generally a very good first experience with the machine.Easy and friendly for use (even for "coffee-amateurs"), good quality coffee with minimum trials, very good cappuccino, easy to make adjustments / settingsMy only negative point goes for Galaxus as they are selling the product 290.61.B instead or 290.81.B - while the latter has almost the same price and two more default beverages (latte macchiato and long coffee). The difference isn't clearly distinguishable and of course if it goes for the same money you should go for the 81.B instead. I don't get it why they are even selling the 61.B instead the 81.B from Galaxus...
