We have had a de longhi bean to cup machine before. It was part of our life for ten years and would still be if it hadn’t been lost by our shippers while moving! Great customer service, servicing machine and returning it as new. The replacement is more sophisticated and equally treasured.

Makes drinking coffee a whole new experience. Slowly working my way through the drinks menu to find my favourite, then Ill store it into my menu so Ill be back to the single button function. Ive only had a filter coffee maker before and this machines coffee is so much better, even using the exact same pre ground coffee in it. Using beans to get a fresh brew just takes it to a whole new level.
