I had a terrible experience with their shoe and warranty department. After my shoe broke within 3 months of buying them, I was given 90 days to replace the shoe. They didn’t have the size and style I liked and my redemption period expired. Rather than just allowing me an opportunity to replace a shoe I was told they won’t extend my redemption. It’s hard to believe that they left a paying customer who wanted to replace the shoe with a terrible experience and out $260. It seems like a totally avoidable situation and common sense but instead they’re forcing me to write this review. I would not recommend this product.

These were fantastic shoes for the first 10 rounds. Super comfortable, looked great, checked all the boxes. I was going to be an ECCO customer for life. I golf at least 60 rounds/year and have purchased every major manufacturer of shoes. After about 10 rounds the leather starts to show a lot of wear and is no longer white. Same story with the white soles, which was expected. They stain quickly and become green. I also encountered a slight leak in the GorTex. I sent these shoes back for warranty 2/29 (they received them) I have been trying to communicate with ECCO to find out when I would get an update and I keep being told to "hold on" or it's 6-8 week process to inspect the shoes for warranty. *Even though their website says 5-6 weeks. First, shoe is very comfortable and probably the best feeling golf shoe I've owned. I've played for 20 years and an 8 handicap...I've owned a few shoes over the years.The paint on cement colorway unbelievably rubs off on the shoe. Paint on toe box on back foot rubbed off completely from range mats, other areas have paint scratched off nicks. Shoe purchased at PGA SuperstoreThis should NOT happen for a $250 shoe. 5 stars for comfort. 0 stars for looks after 3 months of heavy use

I have a very high arch and feet that just get sore by the end of a normal day. I have been searching and trying all different shoes and had some that worked until they got fully broke in. However these may just be the most comfortable shoe, period, first time on. Have not played a round yet and not been a fan of non spike shoes. But if they stay as comfortable as they are I don’t care and will learn to like them. They are every bit what anybody has to say good about these shoes. And I did get a different pair that are spiked that are as comfortable.
This was my worst experience with any footwear I have ever worn! I have exclusively worn ECCO shoes for the last 18 years, I have worn numerous ECCO golf shoes with absolutely no issues. This latest purchase of the ECCO MEN'S GOLF BIOM C4 SHOE was literally painful experience!Sincerely,John Cameron
Terrible warranty, bs customer service. Bought the C4 biom boa last fall on sale. Spring came and less than two months the sole was falling off. Sent them in for warranty (5 weeks it says) which is ridiculous. About 8 weeks later I reached out and they said they can't find them so nothing was accomplished in two months. Then I got the voucher like others said, but found out it was only on their sight and they didn't even give me enough to cover my shoe cost, they said they prorate they warranty based on purchase date. WOW, so less that 2 months golfing and I have to pay to replace the shoe,pathetic. This was my first pair of eccos and will be my last. Don't buy their products or hope you're the lucky one who doesn't have to deal with warranty situation.
I purchased last years version of this shoe in spring 2023. I used the shoe for 3-4 mths, but the sole of the shoe broke. The warranty program honored the tear but only gave me 90 days to redeem the warranty. They did not have a size or style I wanted to the warranty expired Dec-23. They will not honor extending the warranty another day so I can place an order so I am now out $260. I would not recommend this product or company.

This was my last Ecco golf shoe purchase. I have worn nothing but Ecco golf shoes exclusive for the last 15 years. In the last 8 or so years the black leather discolors and starts turning grey, maybe a Yak leather issue? I have had multiple sole separations from the leather shoe including this one. The biggest complaint/design flaw with this model was the EXHAUST GRID. I play some sandy track and this lead to tiny pebbles entering the sole from under the shoe and making it all the way inside the bottom of the shoe. When I would take my shoe off they were full of little pebbles. Who designs a shoe with holes in the bottom and a cage so stuff can access it??
