To begin with Bella doesn't deal with Edward's leaving very well and then discovers a way to connect with her true love by putting herself in danger, so against the one request Edward made of her to "keep safe" Bella endeavours on a life of recklessness. The question is will it bring Edward back?

A damn good read!

This book is the best of all the twilight stories. If you are and Edward fan, you will love the fact that he wins hands down. If you are a Jacob fan, you will love him even more as he tries valiantly to win Bella but fails. Any feminist or independant minded person will not like Bella's personality as she is an addiction type. However in this book she uses her own initiative alot and refuses to be told what to do by her predatious boyfriend.

DON'T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE!

I watched "New Moon" at the cinemas and I wasn't satisfied with where it ended. I'm not waiting for the movie so I decided to read the novel instead. Honestly, reading is not my thing and yet I manage to read this whole book in three days, that's how good this read is!Anyway, I won't get into details because the mystery is worth the search, however I will let you know that in this book of the series, each of the main characters from the "Were-wolves" to the "Vampires" will get a decent portion in the book about their origins which will affect your experience as you soak into this world of action, romance and horror.

EXCELLENT

This is the third instalment in the "Twilight Saga" and it doesn't disappoint. Very well written with great storylines and characters. I would defiantly say you would have to like vampires/werewolves as that's what the whole story is based on. It gets knocked by some people which is a shame since it really is a lovely series of books. Worth the read!

I LOVED this book!

I absolutely loved this book! After I had read twilight and new moon I went straight on to eclipse. This series is absolutely amazing. Gripping from the first page. Once I picked up Eclipse I couldn't put it down. Stephanie Meyer is such an amazing author. Once you have read this series you will understand why it is a bestseller, they are amazing! I have recommended these books to all of my friends and I can't wait to read breaking dawn.

Third book in the thrilling vampire romance series.

A thrilling vampire romance, the third book in the Twilight Saga is definitely the best yet. After Bella's life is torn and broken in New Moon, in Eclipse it looks ready to heal, twining both vampire Edward Cullen and werewolf Jacob Black into it. In this book, the ravenous vampire Victoria has amassed an army of newborn vampires and is posed to attack the small town of Forks, Washington. Bella must help Jacob and Edward strengthen their relationship and be able to make werewolves and vampires work as one in order to overthrow the massive threat opposing them.

Third book in twilight

This book still does not compare with New Moon or the first Twilight book. Merely acts as a filler, almost a continuity from New Moon. I suppose that this is more of a closure to New Moon as New Moon does not have a proper ending. In this book, Bella seems to be torn between Edward and Jacob and she realises that she is in love with both. She gets engaged to Edward but still continues to long for Jacob. One tends to get a little irritated with her in the book because it appears that shes cheating on both of them with each other. The main drama in the book is based on the vampire Victoria who creates new vampires to gain revenge over Bella. The twist in the story is when the two unlikely sides vampires and warewolves unite together to fight the newborns.
