I love the scent of this soap, that's A . But there is a manufacturing/design defect on these bottle pumps. If some time, say hours, passes between pumps of the bottle, the residual soap in the spout hardens and the next press forces soap through a sub-optimal outlet space, resulting in unpredictable and forceful projections of the the soap either up, down, sideways, in spirals.. the bottle gets real creative about the random passage the soap will surge out at you. All this means that you can expect the soap to end up anywhere but on your hand in some uses. Everything is on the table as an end destination for your soap; your face, shirt, the mirror behind the bottle, straight into the sinkhole or sideways onto the floor. I prefer buying bigger sizes of gel soap and refilling my current soap containers, to reduce the amount of packaging I have to toss. I would prefer it even more if this refill came in a carton! The scent is divine, both me and my husband adore lemongrass. Good quality soap at a good value.

I've tried several different scents from this brand, and I love all of them. The cost is pretty low for hand soap since that seems to run on the pricey side.It lasts me 2-3 months for one bottle, and it doesn't dry out my skin or cause other issues. I feel like it would be a good option for sensitive skin.
I have already finished 4 bottles! Great quality, inexpensive and great for sensitive skin. I want to avoid using antibacterial soap because it dries my skin out so much, and I don't like my toddler using antibacterial hand soap in public washrooms. I carry a travel-size bottle of this soap whenever we go out (and also on vacation) so that I wash my and my toddler's hands with this hand soap. It smells great, keeps our hands clean and is gentle on skin. I love it!! I will keep buying.
The smell is the best part. I love a lemon hand soap, and this one is not that strong a smell.The consistency matches the grocery store version of hand soap for pumps. I wanted to reduce the amount of plastic by refilling my dispensers. It worked for a refill. However, Ecos should replace the plastic container with a bamboo/paper one.
Ecos hand soap is truly the best. I use it exclusively for hand cleanser. The liquid soap is thick---you don't need much to lather up your hands and get them clean. It doesn't irritate or dry my skin. The price from IHerb is awesome. Most prices that I've seen online for this 32-oz refill bottle are double or more what Herb charges. The lemongrass is my favorite scent. I stock up on these, especially with the low price!

this is an awesome hand wash-lathers well, rinses well. neither too thin nor too thick, it is pretty concentrated so this big bottle will last forever. the lemongrass scent is very natural, and not too strong but still noticeable. it may be a touch sweeter smelling than lemongrass usually is. once rinsed off, the scent will not linger on your hands.
I love other ecos products. we use their laundry detergent and their dish soap. I love the dish soap but this handsome is dry. not only does it dry out your skin but the soap itself feels dry when washing. just not creamy or bubbly. it's not gentle and would not choose to use it everyday. nore does it seem to clean as well as it should for it to feel so stripping. it causes my sensitive skin to be cracked and dry and my bf doesn't like it either. he prefers to use the dish soap on his mechanic hands
