Very nice looking mattress. And well made. But looks aren't everything since they'll be hidden under the sheets. However, rest assured (pun lol) that the comfort this mattress provides is great, straight out of the box. I doubt that we will even try the other 2 levels of comfort, being medium firm and extra firm. Very happy. And particularly happy with Ecosa's speed of delivery and their 'help' team. The exchange policy (which we kind of needed but then didn't - my fault) clinched the deal for us.Overall this was a very pleasant purchasing experience.

The quality of the mattress and inclusions like a mattress cover is outstanding. I have a long single (2 long single = king) mattress and sadly there are not a lot of options available. Ecosa is the only online mattress company that supports this size with money back although not in all product optionsI certainly slept much better than I did on the old mattress and my lower back pain on waking was gone.Sadly there is not enough give in the mattress (even with the mattress topper they sent free straight away to improve my sleep quality) and my hip problem was not relieved. As there are no other ecosa product options I have returned the mattress.Ecosa has been extremely helpful and I haven't had to argue about a return. I recently purchased the Zen Bed Base. I did buy a mattress as well and it's not too bad to sleep on, but time will tell.I love wooden bed bases and let's face it, most bed bases have wood inside them. I find the wooden frame better for my back and gives more support than conventional bed bases. We had high hopes, due to the hundreds of 5 star reviews. Still scratching our heads on how there could be so many happy people. This is the worst mattress we have ever slept on. Its rock hard and we woke up feeling broken every day. I've honestly had a better sleep on a concrete floor. We tried both comfort levels and ecosa even sent a memory foam mattress topper for us to try (didn't help). Both my partner and I are of average build. Thankfully, the customer service has been good and we are in the process of getting a refund. Once Salvo's picks up the mattress (in two weeks) we are hoping to get our money back quickly.
I spent over a month discussing with everyone about these boxed mattresses. After going back and forth, was finally convinced to try the Ecosa. Mainly for the difference in adjustable firmness, minimal movement felt and minimal requirements to rotate.Had by far exceeded my expectations as my previous mattress cost me $2500 but lost its firmness after a year. Also was stupidly heavy and inconvenient to transport.As a Nurse who values any sleep they can possibly get. I would highly recommend this product. The difference in my energy level with minimal hours of sleep is noticeable.
I've been a long time disc patient. While I was pregnant, I had to see chiro regularly because of usual store bought beds won't support my back and gave me pain. I asked my chiro what kind of bed he is using and he was using Ecosa bed. He said its afforable and does the job. My back was not painful after few months of use. Sorry to my chiro I didn't have to see him after chaning my bed to Ecosa. It was bit hard for my husband to get used to this firmness but he feels less stress on his back too. I've been using Queen size for 2 years now. No shrink even I went through the heavy pregnancy. Just bought single one again for my son again. Loving this bed.
So overall it’s a good mattress and base. Easy to set up although lots of cardboard in the packaging (which I suppose helps). Took a while to deliver over the holiday period due to shortages, and mattress and frame were delivered separately. I came from a very soft bed to the medium ecosa mattress and it has definitely helped with hip main but took a solid two weeks to adjust. I would recommend (if you are after a softer feel, or coming from a soft bed) to either a) give yourself time to adjust or b) get a mattress topper to ease you into it.I don’t wake up my partner when I roll over any more and I’m not sinking into the middle and waking up with hip pain. It hasn’t solved all my back issues (really I just need to stretch more) but I’d still say that’s a win
Product came pretty fast for regional. Fairly easy to assemble. Once fully decompressed, edges of bed and overall is very firm, which is good for me and my partners back. Best part about ecosa is that it's price is very reasonable and is among the most affordable for the comfort it offers. Good investment!I'd say one of the most value for money mattress I've got so far. I won't name the previous one I've got but it's much more expensive and isn't as firm as ecosa.Sleep quality has improved as neck, low back and hip pain has mostly gone away since changing to this bed.Safety knife cuts through the covering plastic like butter.
