Very fast delivery. Very good quality robot vacuum, cleans very good, but power cables provided are the European Shuko and British plugs. Shuko plug fits in socket but does not give grounding. Should be provided with cable with thai plug.

Awesome machine! Took me a while to get 'Doris' operating — but that was my error. My tiled floors are definitely cleaner than using my old vacuum cleaner and mop. Picks up the cat hairs off my rugs. You do still need to pick up small items off the floor but really it's a time saver.
