Prompt delivery. Hesitate about buying this expensive product but after first use I am thoroughly impressed. Received in one day but quite disappointed not to find any additional spare parts eg dust bag and mop plates for such expensive machine.Customer service response also slow. Still waiting for reply where to find spare parts to replace in due time.Machine wise, overall ok (quite bulky) and house feel very clean after mopping. Took abt 105mins for floor ard 125 sq meter minus away the furniture area where it can’t touch.

After few days of using it, all legs of my new scanteak wooden furniture get chip off and scratches. The robot keeps hitting my furnitures. Eventhough it is touching the edge of the furniture, it seems cannot sense it and just continue to move and causing chip off of furniture.I sent the feedback to customer service and their reply saying that these are Normal.Lesson learn is that the most advance, latest and most expensive model may not be better and more intelligence than those cheaper robot. 😪

Performance:it stink!Best Feature(s):noValue For Money:no2 main problems. robot unable to find the station at times, need to manually carry back to the station. the mop pad simply stink! the advertisement put 150 days without cleaning the tray but I think less than 1 week it start to stink already. it stink my entire house and I still need to manually mop my house twice for the smell to disperse. very disappointed for such a high end. should have bought other brand instead.
