My Bonbon which was to be used as a gift arrived thrown in the box with some candles torn and broken.I’m unable to give it to anyone as it was leaking over everything .I can only assume the heat must have made it explode.Very disappointed.

Purchased the small hand cream and sanitisers for Christmas gifts to my special friends.Excellent to have in your bag and the fragrances are simply amazing.Love ECOYA they are by far my best buys.Kay
Great packaging. It’s a small gift for someone for Christmas and it’s a lovely product, I’ve used it before.
Amazingly sweet fragrance, only matched by the quality of moisturizer! Great gift for yourself or others.
This is a perfect little gift for a KK or to finish off your presents for someone. I get them for a few people and they love them.
Gorgeous product which I got as a bonus gift. Not something I would have purchased without trying it first. Now that I have it, I’m using it nearly everyday. My skin looks and feels great with it on and the smell is just delicious!
A nice, sweet, fruity scent. There's not that much product and it's a little bit hard to get out of the package. Feels nice and moisturising on the hands
First and last time I'll order through Ecoya. Ordered Christmas Presents while allowing time for Christmas. Still haven't received my order 😕 So no Presents for my family. Still haven't received any notification or communication as to why they weren't delivered. Still waiting on a refund as well. My next step will be going to the Department of Fair Trading and then the Ombudsman. You also should look into the courier company you use or transport company. Alot of the drivers probably had a great Christmas with all the parcels they didn't deliver. I would never recommend or use your company again. Absolutely appalling .
