I love black beans so much. I use it in salad most of the time. It’s tastes so good when preparing and cooking properly; store it in freezer after cooking and enjoy it when needed. I have been minimizing the usage of canned food for over 2 years now with success and substituting with organic and good quality options when possible in our diet . I noticed my husband health and I had increased and some chronic health issues decreased very much. Highly recommended.

Love these! Great brand that carries dry beans in organic options. These are great in soups and also as an alternative to refried pinto beans when making burrito recipes. Very delicious and easy to cook too. Great source of nutrition in your diet and is important for overall good health. I definitely recommend.

The quality of these beans is very high. As you know the first step to cooking beans is to sort and separate the beans from foreign objects and beans that don’t look right. When I purchase off-brand beans or peas I often find small rocks or objects. And I also find beans that didn’t properly grow or look unusual. That is never the case with Eden Food beans. Because the beings are such high quality and I never find foreign objects or improperly developed beans, I actually feel as though I don’t even need to sort through the beans, but this is a step that should not be skipped regardless of the brand. So even though I don’t skip this step with the Eden Foods products the process of sorting through the beans is so much faster since they are such high quality

Love to use these to make bean soup full of protein when need to be on a gluten-free diet. Lots of nutritional benefits. Even better during winter months too. Just throw into Instant Pot with other beans for easy recipes. Good size package for price and quality being organic. I would recommend this.
We live in South Korea, where it's very difficult and expensive to buy Mexican-style black beans. Now that I can buy them dry and affordably here, they are a staple of our diet. I have never found anything other than beans in any of the boxes, and they cook up well. The quality of the beans is so good, I can't imagine EVER going back to canned. The instant pot is perfect for adding other ingredients like cumin, bay leaves, and chili powder. Been buying them for years and won't stop anytime soon

Packaging-wise, the opening can be a bit tricky; the box became hard to reseal & I had to find a container for the beans. However, I do love how there's minimal plastic in this product. I don't mind getting this again. Please give a thumbs up if you find this useful.
I recommend the beans for daily soups, burritos, and simple, healthy recipes. Black beans are good sources of protein, a key ingredient to a healthy diet, so I try to incorporate it into our daily diet. They taste great, though they were a little old. The package is paper, which I prefer to plastic.
I used to buy beans in the bulk section of my local co-op, or canned beans. I gave this a shot because it is so much cheaper than buying from the bulk section. The best part is it super easy to make in the Instant Pot. For each cup of beans, just add 1 tsp each of salt, onion powder and garlic powder, along with 3 cups water, and push the bean setting (30 minutes). Comes out great! I don't miss canned beans!
I am very happy with the quality of these beans. I'm actually having them shipped internationally. They have become a very usual staple of my cooking; usually in the form of a stew or a soup. I soak them overnight and that always suffices to result in a good texture. Usually cook them for 60 to 90 minutes. A little salt, some onions, garlic, whatever vegetables of my choice, and the results are routinely delicious. Black beans are great, and this product does not disappoint.
hello my English is not that good but hope you will understand. this perfect quality one ingredient is organic and taste is great. size of beans is small. they are packed with protein. my muscle benefit from eating . I included in my diet easily. I add to lots of recipe.
