For the price, you get so much quality and functionality.I first connected them straight to my macbook using the aux cable, and they sounded pretty good. Once plugged into my Apollo Twin X audio interface using a pair of balanced TRS cables, the performance improved significantly.I also now use the headphone jack for when someone else needs to use headphones, with a separate control knob. Size-wise, they’re larger than the Eris 3.5s and standard 5 inch monitors. But 5s are overkill for my space, and 3.5s don’t cover the deep bass I need.My wife was first concerned that I was “cheaping out” ...
