Edifier M1250 2.0 USB Multimedia Speakers

I wanted something simple and cheap to connect to my PC that didn't need a power plug, and these are great.There was some feedback when it was placed near the router but that was sorted by moving them, and it's not that clear if you need to use both cables as there's nothing written anywhere - the answer is yes you need both, the USB powers them and the Aux lets you hear the sound.

Great price, good quality speakers. Easy installation, cable length is decent enough. Have been using it for media playback and video calls without any issues for about a year and a half.

For a cheap pair of speakers, these are a value purchase. At low to medium-high volumes there is no crackle, and at higher volumes the crackle does come in. But at this price point one does not expect high quality through the volume range. The sound quality itself is passable, not amazing, but again this is expected at this price point. Well worth a quick fix to a 'no speakers' situation.

Actual speaker quality is good enough for the price and they look sleek and compact.BUTthe cables are pretty ugly - black and white speaker wire. It also requires the aux AND the USB to be plugged in (not just the USB like I'd thought).There is also a bit of feedback right before you get e text/call/email if you have your phone close by.

Both speakers work great. Very happy with sound quality and output. Highly recommended for someone who doesn't wanna break the bank.

Brought the monitor to life

I brought this product to accompany a new monitor I was putting in my son's room. The style and look really suited both the monitor and the overall look of the desk. The sound coming from the speakers really brings the games being played to life, allowing for foreground and background sounds to be heard, in a clear way.

Cheap and Cheerful

These speakers are not "good" speakers. They are cheap and serviceable. They have little to no shielding on any wires, so there's an almost constant crackling noise behind whatever sound you play with them. They have very little bass, so make things sound mildly tinny. They have a relatively small drive voltage, since they're driven by USB, so don't expect very much noise out of them. Overall, they make useable desktop speakers for background music, YouTube videos, or podcasts at a really accessible pricepoint.

Good Quality - Great Price

I added these small desk top speakers to my new computer purchase simply for a little extra sound when streaming video and listening to music. I was skeptical of the quality because of the inexpensive price but reading customer reviews convinced me it was worth a shot. Opening the package I thought "oh well, they were only $15" because they are smaller than expected and honestly they look cheap but the quality of the sound is great. Don't get me wrong it's not the sound of a 12" sub woofer but for the size and price it's a purchase I'm very pleased with.

Kinda you get what you pay for

Sound quality is a little trashy and static comes through. But it was like 20 bucks so fair enough to be honest. Sound comes out of them 😂
