Functionality:Quite the portable speaker, a bit bulkier than most portable speakers, but it is due to its vintage aesthetics. Bluetooth works great, and also has sd card and usb c slot. Quality:The sound quality is insane in relation to its price. For such an affordable speaker, the sound really can pump air and reach the low bass 70hz. Though your device might need some adjustment in mixing to really experience the power just as most speakers as this one does not automatically make the bass thicker.Material: The wood aesthetic is clean and bound well, the metal grills really are a treat. Simplicity, minimalism and a touch of modern, quite a treat for thouse rooms with some wood accents.

Product Quality:Very good qualityBest Feature:Well built and beautiful finishPerformance:at max volume, the sound is mushed up, all the crispness of the music disappearsThis is very subjective since I am very particular with my audio devices. I use a Philips SHP9500 headset paired with a DAC for my computer and usually demand parity for my Bluetooth devices. Sadly this product came up short of my standard. It is not a bad product, it is well-made and beautifully finished but the sound quality is hard to swallow.

Quality:Quite Decent.Performance:Pleasant to listen to.The initial thing that I noticed upon testing the said MP230 is that the volume, cranking up to it's full bar could give your eardrum a decent shake. The sound does crack and break at highest volume which is coventional for a D class amplifier but it could play most song decently to an above average details in delivery be it high mid and low up to 80% of volume. For such a small sized speaker it does pack quite some punch, decent bass which wasn't too punchy that it muddles out the tone, vocal though aren't crystal clear but it is audible to a decent level for hearing. Definitely will not lose out if you buy this during any ongoing promotions, an all-round speaker without an extreme pros nor any atrocious ... MoreQuality:Quite Decent.Performance:Pleasant to listen to.The initial thing that I noticed upon testing the said MP230 is that the volume, cranking up to it's full bar could give your eardrum a decent shake. I bought this speaker during the Boxing Day sale at Best Buy. It was between this and Bose. And yes although Bose is great sound quality, I did not like the design. It was more sporty and I was looking for a small speaker for home that would match my decor. This speaker delivers on sound and style and functionality. You can change the song, adjust the volume and pause all from the speaker instead of your phone. It packs a base and you can hear some static when the volume is super high but I don’t listen to loud music so that doesn’t bother me. It meets all my needs and I am happy with my purchase.
The mid range is clear and lower highs come through, but not much high treble.- It makes Flubby sounds from the passive woofers in the rear. Poorly designed, it pops at mid bass and drum kicks, distorting the sound badly.A good brand for value, but not here.- Pass on this one, till a next gen model or look at other brands.
