Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard 210g by The Culinary Club
Reaching into the cabinet for a bold addition to a meal is no longer a chore with Moutarde de Dijon by Edmond Fallot. This sharp, earthy mustard is a must-have in any pantry and adds flavor to a variety of dishes. As the last family-owned and independent mustard mill in Burgundy, Edmond Fallot has lived up to its reputation for consistency and quality since 1840. Our Edmond Fallot mustards always provide superior flavor and taste as a result of the region in which they are produced. As a densely wooded region of France, Burgundy is full of charcoal burners which makes its way back into the soil. This creates strong, biting seeds you won’t find in other mustards. Add that convenient condition to the grape seeds used in the verjuice, and you can see how Moutarde de Dijon by Edmond Fallot is one of the most uniquely flavored mustards in the world. Mix our Moutard de Dijon with any honey from our incredible selection to create a bittersweet honey mustard dip or marinade. Liven up a cold summer slaw with one teaspoon of Moutarde de Dijon in a cabbage mix with some fresh radish slices, a little lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper. Add a dollop into any casserole to give some heat and creaminess to your dish. Stews are no longer dull, boring winter default meals when you zest them up with a little Moutarde de Dijon.

This is the best dijon mustard! The flavor is so well balanced, and the creaminess is exquisite. It is great on a sandwich, in addition to making a wonderfully flavored mustard sauce. It beats any other dijon mustard.

I was introduced to this mustard by a French chef in Dijon France. It is absolutely the best Dijon. The flavored mustards are delicious as well. Fantastic in a mustard sauce for grilled meats.

I love doing tastings, and even did one with “Dijon” mustards that included Maille, Grey Poupon, and others. This was the first time I tried the Edmond Fallot (which is still made in France), and it was head and shoulders above the others. It’s super silky/creamy, yet packs a ton of flavor. Highly recommended for the foodie that wants a premium product. Really wish SLT would stop putting price tags on everything though, because it really takes away from the presentation if the goo gone doesn’t take it off elegantly. Why should I even have to go through that process for an online order (or even in-store with this antiquated process)? Six stars for the Dijon, minus two stars for the SLT price tag mess.

I've ordered around 20 bottles of various types of Edmund Fallot mustard from myPanier over the past year or so for both myself and to give to others. The prices are phenomenal compared to Amazon and related sites. Their shipping and packaging is top notch also. For one shipment the delivery person left my box in an area where it got rained on for about 15 hours. The wrapping was so good that nothing in the box got wet! Just the cardboard and packaging paper.
It is a very good mustard, and the service was excellent although I prefer Amoura mustard which to me seems to have more zip.
I first discovered Edmond Fallot on a trip to Paris last year and was so pleased that I could locate it online from myPanier when I came home. The classic Dijon is our favorite and I cook with it several times a week. It's wonderful added to dressings, sauces, and of course on a charcuterie plate!
Thrilled to find Edmond Fallot mustard at My Panier. The mustard is creamy, full of flavor and is an essential ingredient in salad dressings, piquant main dishes and vegetable dishes. My package arrived in perfect condition, and I can not be more pleased!
The Dijon is a wonderful emulsifier for my homemade balsamic salad dressing. Also great with other salads like tuna and potato
I've always Maille and sometimes Amora mustard from France. Some friends brought back a selection of Edmond Fallot mustard and I was hooked. This is the only mustard for me from now on.
I’m hooked on thier whole product line. The dijon flavor is super smooth, mustardy & just the right saltiness. Thier grain mustard has a great balance of acid to flavor if that makes sense. I use thier taragon mustard with high quality tuna & a little mayo or olive oil. Yum!
