I am a long term user of this product, and its ability to be cleaned and re used makes it very economical. If location of wound is suitable, I use instead of standard bandaging. I am very experienced in the use of this bandage and it allows me more freedom than standard bandage as I can control pressure on area from the bandage which can't be done with normal bandage.
