Electric Motorised Mop For Dyson V7 V8 V10 V11 Cordless Vacuum Cleaners

This is useless. When you go forward that is fine, but when you bring it back towards you to do another motion it drips all over the floor you have just cleaned so you end up with heaps of drops everywhere. I did contact MyDeal.com.au and was just told I was mopping incorrectly. Great service (not). I would like to see someone mop their floor going forward only and walking on the wet floor! Video is to show how much it leaks when you pull it back towards you.

Was very disappointed with this knock off dyson product. Came with no instructions so requested some and received a blurry photo of where to pour water into the unit…tried it out and it spun ineffectively on the floor - I needed to go over and over the area and it still did not clean well - whereas doing it by hand would have cleaned in a flash. I requested a return and refund but this was denied by both the seller and mydeal as the video I send had the mop slowly spinning round! I will not be buying again from mydeal.

Absolutely useless. It does NOT mop well, it leaves water drops, I am unable to empty water out of tank so it gets rank and it damages my wooden floors. Would NOTrecommend it for anyone not even my worst enemy. Finally I am still trying to negotiate a full refund. The seller is not agreeing to a refund and take ages to get back to me. DO NOT purchase this product.

Well not perfect. I found Water tank a bit useless. Hard to fill and wouldn't completely empty. Didn't know if that would cause a rust or mould issue. Instead, I premixed my cleaning solution and used a spray bottle to apply to the floor. Wow! So much easier. Not heavy to use, Pads provided worked brilliantly. Easy to take on and off and you don't have to drag a bucket around.So I'm very happy

I used it today. It’s ok however on some stubborn stains I had to press down on the top so the stains would go away. I did have to wet the stain and let it sit for a minute and then go over the Mark again. I feel that the section that touches the ground could be a little rougher to really remove the stains easier. I like the fact that it vacuums as it cleans.

The instructions that came in the box to use the mop were minimal, but after searching and watching reviews I have used it on ceramic tiles, concrete tiles and hybrid flooring and I am very happy with the result. Impressed this model has a plug in the water dripping dispenser for easy emptying of surplus water solution. I am very happy with the Dyson electric mop.

Rubbish! Water either didn’t come out at all or it flooded out which required a proper mop anyway.I followed the very basic instructions provided and even tried on different surfaces etc.This product looks good and the pads spin well however the water distribution is unpredictable and frustrating

Looks fine. There are no instructions apart from attaching the rotating pads and not to suck up water. The water tank just sits on top and falls off when tilted. I used the product once and could not get the pads damp enough. Only occasionally did it dampen the floor. Using it was a disappointment and frustrating experience. I decided it was easier to use my flat mop with its built in spray bottle. I took the product to my local Tip Shop this morning.

I’m a huge Dyson convert with vacuums and fans but this product is so disappointing. I’ve even gifted my family stick vacuums but I would not recommend this product to anyone.It’s time consuming, hard work and not efficient or effective.I reverted to my manual mop with water dispenser again today. It was time efficient, effective and easier on my back.Very disappointing!Robyn Kay

Life changing

This mop is life changing! I have been looking for a mop good for floorboards for years and finally have one now. I have tried several different microfibre spray mops and they all left my floorboards with streak marks. This one however is fantastic! I haven't tried using water in the actually mop itself, just been using a spray bottle with a cleaning solution and it works great. Can definitely recommend!
