Not made for tall people. I am 160cm and small stride and it's good for me but a tall person would not walk well on it. It's small in size, good for storing away and doesn't take up much room which is what I wanted. Delivery was good and fast. I am happy with purchase.

I love this walking pad. I thought it was going to be huge as that's how it appears against the lady in the picture but I'm delighted as I don't have a lot of room where I live. It's very easy to move around. I'm 5ft 5" and 50 yrs young and I found walking at a pace around 3.3-3.5 mph gives me a good stride when I step at the very front of the belt. When it first arrived I couldn't get it to power up but looked in side where the wires were and saw one of the connectors had dislodged. Easy fix by unscrewing the motor casing and pushed the connector on! Bingo! I haven't looked back. Just need to ensure when using the remote that you press the button centrally otherwise sometime it gets caught.The instructions are absolutely hilarious as they make absolutely no sense ... MoreI love this walking pad. Great value for money. I’ve been able to do so many steps in a day while working from home. Makes me feel so much better than sitting all day!
Worked ok for about 3-4 weeks, though had to constantly adjust the belt as it wouldn't run straight for more than a few minutes. After a 3-4 weeks, I was using it and it started making a loud noise and not running properly. I contacted the seller and they suggested I adjust and lubricate the belt, which I did, and the problem remains. They have now referred me to the manufacturer who I have not heard back from.
I'm unsure about this product as it was great the first 5 times I used it, but the belt is already slipping. The user manual is a little hard to understand and isn't clear on how to maintain the product or provide accurate trouble shooting
I am enjoying exercise daily. A good machine for a female only. It's a compact machine. So far I am really happy with my purchase.
I love my walking treadmill ! I love that I can exercise in the safety and comfort of my own home. It’s very light and easy to move around and store away when not in use . Such a great buy without the bulkiness and helping me to achieve my fitness and weight loss goals!
Purchased at 16Aug20 but never received this item. From 2Sep20, I sent numerous emails requesting investigation, but so far no response received except for the automated email acknowledgements. It's now 9Sep20. Very disappointing first purchase experience. If this is the norm at this store, I cannot ever purchase again from here.
