Fridge is great especially for its price and the features it offers. Automatic ice making in the freezer is probably the highlight. Water tastes good and is cold enough.

Bought this fridge, loved it - until 3 weeks later it started edging towards room temperature over the course of a few days and eventually just stopped working altogether. We contacted Electrolux customer service 6 times, each time they told us something would be done .. each time, they did nothing. Even though the 5th time we called, they classified it as an emergency due to possibility of electrocution, they still did nothing. I've never seen such egregiously poor customer service. The only way we got out of it was to demand a store credit, which thankfully was issued to Appliances Online - and thanks to the exceptionally good service at Appliances Online, we had a brand new (non-Electrolux) fridge delivered to us in less than 48 hours! Super stoked with everything: Fridge, plumbed fresh water dispenser, automatic ice blocks, volume and all.
So far we are extremely pleased with the fridge. The layout and adjustability suits us. There are two things which are more comments than complaints. 1/ There seems to be fan noise most of the time and although it is not loud it is there. 2/ We use a lot of ice and the production of ice is slow.(3hrs / tray). The user guide says you can remove he ice tray and fill the shelf for parties. I think you might have to start a year in advance. To be fair the is a fast ice setting but it reverts after 12hrs and doesn't seem that much quicker. Still happy with the purchase.
The help line was brilliant for us, this fridge was the only one suitable for our space and does not disappoint. The ice maker works well as does the water dispenser, one thing to be aware of is the water is not chilled! This is not a problem when using ice however.
We wanted a 2 door fridge but have a pretty small fridge space in our kitchen. This fridge fits perfect! First time buying from AO. Highly recommend. Ordered 9pm, and by 830am the next morning, the new one was up and running. Even our old dead one had been taken away. Highly recommend!
