I am very happy with my decision to purchase the Electrolux 10kg front loader. Once I became familiar with its many features I have been able to save time, energy, detergent, softener and most important of all very clean clothes and linen. I admit I had one technical issue, purely as a result of my lack of familiarity with the product so I had to seek professional support. My experience with the Electrolux customer service representative was excellent and the technician allocated to the job was punctual, professional and efficient. All of these points, reassured me that I have chosen well knowing that the product is backed up by a strong team in Australia. Thanks Electrolux for making my life better!

I bought this machine coming from a top loader, what swayed me was the large capacity and the auto dose. The wifi was a bonus but not even considered when deciding. The auto dose is a fail however. We use environmental friendly washing liquid which is thicker than the popular brands. There should be a viscosity measure included which will aid the setting of the auto dose, other than that irritating fail the machine is almost perfect.

Replaced a very expensive washing machine from another brand and could not be happier with the Electrolux. Great features and flexible pre-programmed wash cycles. Auto-dosing feature is fantastic and the machine itself is very, very quiet. Has done an exceptional job in washing colours and white across a range of temperatures.

I bought this product a few weeks back to replace my old machine that started leaking. I have been pleasantly surprise with its excellent features. Loved the autodose feature that removes one less worries for me to think about. Another one I love is the weighing function of the machine that removes the guesswork if I am putting too much clothes in the one load. So glad I bought this machine!
I bought this machine and so far am loving it. Its spin cycle is so good that the clothes are 90 percent water free before you hang them out. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't get all the dog fur out especially from a dog like a fox terrier. The best part is the autodose feature I am going through less washing liquid than I was. With my old machine I was going through 1 2 litre bottle a fortnight since I bought this machine in March I have only just opened my second bottle. The only drawback is the amount of fabric softener it users as it does go through that quickly. But in all I recommend this product. Fill the dispenser throw the clothes in and set the desired program and turn it on. Its so easy my 12 year old daughter can use it easily.
This machine washes well however most loads are min 30 degree - not cold water. Also only a couple of cycles allow full 10kg wash. The daily 60 program - my most used- is min 30 degree & not 10kg. Disappointing as was main reason for me buying. The auto dose is great & saves on amount of washing liquid used so very economical. Overall it does wash really good - removes stains & is quiet when running.

Also we wanted a high volume spin as most top loaders only have around 850rpm this spins at 1,400 rpm. But only in certain cycles and not on all cycles.the normal wash is an hour minimum. Other cycles are nearly 3 hours which I find to be very excessive. The spin cycle is the issue. On the normal wash the load capacity is 5kg not 10kg,that’s for the long 3 hour wash cycle.anyway as you load your cloths it measures the weight so you know how much to put. We are finding that the spin cycle tries to balance itself and won’t fully spin so the cloths are still wet. Even on just the spin cycle. We had a technician come out and it had a stored code , he said that if it’s not exact 5kg that may happen, he also said that we may need to put in more then 5kg???? It’s got me beat, I didn’t think washing clothes was a science. But I told him that if we remove a item like a towel it will spin. He said that’s just how they are programmed to work. He agreed it was ridiculous programming and also about the 3 hour wash, like who wants to have a wash going for three hours.this product is sold as a 10kg machine, but it’s a part time 10kg machine. We are very unhappy as it’s not performing as it should and under consume warranty law I have the right to a refund or a replacement.

Even though it says there is in the specs on the website this is not the case. Do read the manuals because you can't trust the website info to be accurate. 3.5 hours + for 90 degree cotton wash is very long so really needs Time Manager. Mixed load is about two hours + (max 60 degrees?) Daily 60 at 60 degrees max is good. 15min is cool for light stuff. Can do cold wash I believe. Rinse and spin goes for an hour so not useful really. Does have bit of a high pitch whistle on spin but I guess it would be relatively quiet if it wasn't banging on spin. Auto dose is handy. Tub light is cool. Ultra mix and soap dispenser work well. Normal clothes, towels, sheets etc only really fits about 5.5 kg weight max in tub (and it was full) There's no way you can get anywhere near 10kg of normal clothes etc to fit in the tub. Maybe they mean heavier weighted material for 10kg max. Tub is pretty big though, fits bedding for queen/king bed. Cleans clothes. Need to use extra rinse function I think.
We purchased this machine in April this year and so far working quite good. Some time confusing wash timing showing on the display for example normal washing cycle we use is 60 min but some time when we select it is changes to higher time. Not sure why. Any way good washing and auto dose is really helpful which takes away guess work. connectivity is also very useful to keep you update on your washing cycles. Total number of washing hours can also be checked which is also good. Overall love this purchase.
I purchased my new washer, my first front loader, at a time when it was most needed as we have an additional 4 people living with my husband and I for a few months. It was very important that the machine could cope with the added loads we would be doing. I was very surprised how efficient the machine is and how well it cleans and wrings the washings. The auto soap dispenser is fabulous and such a time saver. I also love the varied cycles and configurations available. The WiFi option is great as well. Overall definitely recommend this machine.
