I was delighted with the replacement of my Electrolux that gave way after 7 years. It was great product, however a replaced it with something similar but the new product doesn’t seem to dry clothes to the same efficiency as my last Electrolux combo washer/dryer. I have since advised Appliances Online today. Just waiting on a response.

Couldn’t be happier! It’s a great washer and dryer. I was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews but it works perfectly fine for me. You just need to run a seperate dry cycle after a wash/dry cycle and the clothes come out perfectly dry. James at Binglee was also very helpful.

Great washing machine, doesn't crinkle clothes. Need to use the dryer multiple times to male even a small batch of clothes dry, but that's pretty normal for a washer dryer combo in my experience
Didn’t expect a lot given the divided reviews on the internet. Bought this because we had to buy a combo machine asap for we were moving into a new apartment, and this was the one that was in-stock, fits our budget and cabinet space. However, the machine has been running great now 1 month in use! Clothes are cleaned well, and is as silent as our previous Miele machine. No complaints at all.
We use the washing machine function a lot and are really happy whenever we do so. It’s easy to use, super-quiet, and effective. The 15 minute quick wash has been a lifesaver. The energy efficiency must be good because on more than one occasion we’ve done a serious amount of washing (back from long trips) and our daily power usage seems unchanged. The dryer function is a little more ambiguous. It takes longer than usual to get clothes dried - sometimes we’ve given up with them still slightly damp. It’s possible that come winter, despite having this machine in our house, we might still go use the dryers at our nearest coin laundry. An Electrolux standalone washing machine might be a wiser choice. We brought the machine 8 weeks ago and it now makes a loud mechanical humming noise sporadically throughout the wash cycle. The engineer had a look and they offered to take it in to be repaired. We declined and have asked for a refund. Wish we had seen the reviews as it seems this is a common problem with this machine,
I would say out of 10 uses with the wash/dry feature it would actually dry the clothes once. The rest of the time they're still damp, we haven't been able to dispose of the stand-alone dryer like we wanted to. Had tried to return it through JB Hi Fi, but they wouldn't without a Electrolux tech looking at it and we haven't been able to get through to them. Huge waste of time and money.
