I brought this online after years of another brand. I honestly think this is the best vacuum I've owned. The suction is incredible and I don't even have it to the Max. The catcher is smaller however this is the easiest to clean as it is not a barrel with the filters in it. As someone with dust allergies this is the best part. I am so happy with my purchase.

We Have 2 Dyson big balls and was not happy when my wife got another vacuum to add to the collection . But my lord, this thing is insane. I swear it’s ripping my carpet up it’s that strong on max setting (you have see what it pulls out of the carpet though, I’m mortified we live with this in our carpets). And blockages, what blockages? I use it as a leaf vacuum out the back outdoor area. The engineers have really thought hard and long on this vac because I can not fault it. If it last a few years I will be converted to Electrolux in the future.

Great when it works. Ours has now gone back and been replaced with something else. Would work fine then randomly lose power & wouldn't adjust suction. Took back once & was working when in store - was told it sounded like a blockage and Good Guys wouldn't do anything. Put up with it for a few more weeks then husband had enough & took it back. They checked it & instantly came up as replacement! Wish they had done that the first time! Didn't want to go there again so now trying another brand

For a bagless vacuum it does an exceptional job. I have a long haired german shepherd so its important that i have a powerful vac. It picks up so much dirt that my old one didnt. It would have been a 5 star except for 2 minor things. The cord could be longer. Also, when using the retract cord button, when it gets to the last meter or so, you need to help guide the last bit in sometimes which is a little annoying. Other than that, it works great.
Very good vacuum cleaner for the price. Is runs very smoothly along wooden floors and tiles. It's got strong suction and a nice big rubbish container. It also has a 12m cord with is longer than standard so very convenient. The only down side is that it is very hard to move on carpet and rugs and mats. Is almost impossible to vaccuum on mats which means it's impossible to clean them. But this isn't a dealbreaker.
Not quite as powerful as our old Electrolux Ultra Cyclonic (it stopped working after five years) but still a good vacuum cleaner. The retractable cord on our old Cyclonic was very powerful to begin with, but stopped working after 2-3 years. We learned to live with it by winding the cord around the entire vacuum unit after each use. However, the retractable cord on our brand new Pure C9 Origin, even after only one use, is already not working particularly well - it takes multiple attempts to get the cord to retract all the way back in.

After assembling, I found that the Extension Pole had been jammed closed in manufacturing. As this was during lockdown, I was unable to return the vacuum to the store, however a quick call to Electrolux customer service resulted in a replacement part being delivered a week later for free. Went over the whole house with old vacuum and then again with my new Electrolux, and it picked up a full load of additional dirt! The suction is incredible, I barely need to go above 50% power. The 3-in-1 head means you only have 1 tool clipped to the hose and is easy to change mid vacuum to suit your needs, but sometimes springs open when vacuuming corners due to the design. It's very user friendly due to the carry handle, extremely long cord and solid hose connection, which allow it to be easily pulled along without creating kinks in the hose. The filters are easily accessible and the dust compartment is simple to remove and empty from the bottom. I don't have a pet so I can't speak for pet hair, but it picks up human hair (both long and short), sometimes requires a quick clean out for long hair stuck in the head. I would prefer the handle connection to be a little more solid (mine sometimes makes a whistling noise) but this doesn't seem to impact the suction. Overall, I am very happy with my new Electrolux, because the performance makes this one of the best value for money purchases I have ever made.
Went in to buy a Miele at $650 and ended up buying this at $299. Powerful suction. Will lift the rug off you floor on anything over half power. Quiet machine, long cord, easy to wheel, and easy to empty. The brush cleaning attachment is great and has good amount of bristles it converts to either a flat small detail attachment for furniture or a when left folded up is used as a crevace tool which is the only negative found so far as it is short and chunky and hard to get into tight areas. Happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a traditional style vacuum.

Surpassed my expectations. It is light, easy to manoeuvre, has a cord that goes on for miles, the adjustable neck is brilliant and quite long but the best thing about the vacuum is the variable suction setting. Mid level is perfect but if you want ultimate suction where the head sticks to the tiles, carpet, rug etc then max level it is. I was astounded at the power and what came out of the carpet in max level.
