Zero bugs, zero bites inside this generously sized head net. Fits big heads. Mesh is durable and feels soft against the skin - not scratchy. Adjustable toggle that tightens net around the neck works very well. Terrific worn with and without a hat.
I went on a 4wd trip over to the SA and around the Flinders Ranges where the flies were a plenty and the Mozzies were around at night. The Elemental MOZZIE head net was my best little hidden secret in my backpack as it kept the flies and Mozzies away from my face at least.By the way the drawstring was the best on the mozzie net.
I bought this about a month ago to replace one I had lost. These are simply too short to be effective. In areas where flies are bad, these are not long enough to tuck into shirts, and there is no draw string to secure these around the neck. Flies just walk right in.
These were really handy. I bought 4 for my family to wear over at Wentworth because of all the floods/mozzies and flies. I mean, we looked like tourists, but they worked really well and my son (who is allergic to mozzie bites) was left well alone, even though they find him extra tasty.
