I've never been in the habit of using a night cream but since I love the other products in the Holy Hydration line I decided to give it a try. It's rich and thick but absorbs well. It doesn't have any fragrance that I can detect. Although I love the fragrance in the other Holy Hydration products. This is a really great product and a great value.

This is seriously one of my favorite skin care products I've ever used, and I bought it totally at random! I had been really into the Neutrogenia Gel moisturizer but I wanted something a little richer for fall and winter. I saw this on a shelf and thought "hey that's a big tub of product for a decent price" and bought it.This stuff just glides into my skin perfectly! I was skeptical because how can a lower priced item really give you the full hydration feeling, especially overnight? But I was seriously amazed at the results! I put it in my freshly cleaned and toned face and get a luxurious feeling. My face in the morning is soft and after a month has remained fully moisturized! I’m so glad I took a chance!

I am in my early 40s and just now getting a skin care regimen. I was given a sample of a different brand that I loved, but when I was needing to replace it, I discovered that the price was so fricking expensive I could not believe it. I started to research what was a good substitute for it when I was taken to this product. I first used it about 2 to 3 hours before bed and the next morning, I could not believe how soft and smooth my face was!! It was astonishing. Yeah, the other stuff I was using was good, but never this good!! Plus, I get a lot more and the price is a lot more affordable!! It's a win/win situation. If you haven't tried this, I definitely recommend it because it's fantastic.
This one didn't quite work for my aging (therefore drying) skin. It didn't improve my dryness, just kept it from getting worse. So I won't say it doesn't work, just didn't make a noticeable difference in MY skin. I have photosensitivity and my fave had a huge reaction a few years ago and it's still trying to recover. So I have to experiment and find the right one. The other products in the Holy Hydration line (I've used the fragrance free hyaluronic acid cream) work fantastic, so I guess I just need more. I imagine it's great for the right skin type y poor face isn't the right one).
I've been using this for years and it never fails. I have super sensitive, acne-prone skin and this doesn't irritate my skin at all. I put it on after showering (as that's when your skin absorbs creams/lotions the most), and it feels light. Not greasy at all, for me at least. It lasts a long time and makes my skin feel so soft. I don't really notice a smell, which I love. Overall I love this product and wish it was actually in stock at my local target (very hit and miss).
This night cream is just ok for my skin. It doesn’t irritate it or cause break-outs, but it also doesn’t feel like it’s doing very much in terms of moisturizing my skin either. The price point is nice, but IMO I’d rather spend more for something that quenches my dry skin better than this does. It also has an unpleasant smell. It’s not SUPER strong, but it’s there. It kind of reminds me of mushrooms tbh. Overall, this was a miss for me. But everyone’s skin is different so it’s worth a try, especially at the price!
I needed a cruelty free vegan moisturizer to brave the cold winter winds and get rid for the dry feeling from the hyaluronic acid. I normally use the daily holy hydration, but I’ve noticed lately that my face is very sensitive, especially on the days I go out. This night cream is definitely moisturizing and heavy. Unfortunately I can affirm that it is NOT non comedogenic.
I have dry combination skin and I have a couple of problems with this. 1. This doesn’t provide enough moisture for me/not enough for the winter times 2. CAUSES BLACKHEADS !!!! I had stopped using this for a bit cause I wanted to try a retiniod cream and then I got this one again to switch back and forth with. While I wasn’t using this product, my skin was clear. Once i got it again, blackheads came back. Now I have full jar of this so Im just gonna use it to shave off my little mustache hairs lol. But either way Im disappointed.
I had been looking for a nice, thick night cream to use, especially in the dry winter months. Feels wonderful on my now dryer, 55 year old face! It's not oily at all (unless too much is used), I don't wake up looking greasy or anything, just smooth, soft, supple skin that seems to last for days. It's fast absorbing and well hydrating - I love this stuff!
