I use Elmex toothpaste and gel at least 10 years now. I used common "Big brand" toothpaste from supermarkets, but every year had problems with my teeth or my gum. While I use Elmex all of my teeth problems gone. Its have a lots of fluoride and make my teeth very strong.

I recently discovered this toothpaste brand. I have sensitive teeth and my mouth is irritated by some ingredients in other toothpaste. Since using this brand, the sore spots in my mouth are mostly healed. I recently ordered other products from this brand from Europe. I wish Walmart carried Aronal morning toothpaste too.
Great toothpaste! We enjoy using it, it does protect teeth well, is easy to use and is reasonable priced. We combine it with Elmex Caries Protection. I just wish we have used these in the past instead of some other ones.
If you have sensitive teeth and need long lasting relief look no further. Elmex sensitve professional is the best. I have try it and finally I got not one day relief like with Sensodyne but long lasting. I am backing it up 100%. Andrew
Great product. My ultra sensitive teeth are only comfortable when I use this toothpaste. For really sensitive spots apply directly and leave on for at least 2 minutes.
I find that my extremely sensitive teeth respond well to this particular toothpaste and I will never be without it. I noticed the desensitization in just a few days. Really remarkable stuff, in my opinion. Worth trying if you have gone through several other brands with no results.
I've used the top name brands of sensitive toothpaste for years all without much success. My dentist recommended this stuff as to quote her - it contains nothing that shouldn't be in there. It takes a while to take effect (about 2-3 weeks using 3 times a day) but I can now eat and drink normally without having to peel myself of the ceiling if I try something hot/cold/sweet. Its a bit more expensive than regular sensitive toothpaste but worth every penny in my opinion.
Unfortunately for me this product seems to have caused an allergic response with painful inflammation in my gum and hard palate. Within hours of using the product the pain got worse and is still present 2 days later. Possibly an ingredient in the formulation has caused this reaction. Seems from the other reviews this has been seen before with other peoples experiences.
